L & C Nails, Monroeville PA

Have been going here for over a year! I had a girl names Lisa! I requested the basic pedicure that was 27.00 on the list she showed me! I got a manicure and gel polish! I normally pay 65.00. And today she charged me 80.00 I was shocked! I have gone to James and Mandy and never paid over 65. I gave her a 10.00 tip! I believe I was over charged and will not be back! I paid 35.00 in March for a manicure and 27.00 for a basic pedicure! Very unhappy!

To much to say wrong with all the clients on the particular day I went. An it was the first an last time. First of all, the lights and air conditioners were out. They had a back up generator that allowed for limited lighting. They basically used sunlight which is very limited to there location. They are very rude and completely overpriced. The nail tech cut me twice leaving me with deep cuts on my toes/feet. An I have nice feet and toes. Just horrible. I have never been so uncomfortable and or miserable in a nail salon. Please save your money and time and go somewhere, anywhere but here.

This was my first time coming to this nail shop had a great experience got a full set and pedicure.

I just left my first experience there. The tech realized right away that my nails were weak and coming up so he took off my acrylics and put a brand new set on and they look beautiful. I am extremely happy with the result will probably be back for a fill.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and have never had a better technician than the gentleman who I seen. He did an amazing job!

To much of their language jabber, not very talkative to their clients. Can be rude, and not sure if they all have licences. Their work is good but it can be better.

Depending on which nail tech takes care of you, nails are usually done well. Good prices and a clean salon.

I love LC nails in Monroeville. They are very good and thorough. I have tried other nail salons when I couldn't get in and will never do that again. I WILL ONLY GO TO LC NAILS.

Their customer service is horrible. I tipped the nail tech and she didn't say thank you. I got gel powder and the nails chipped in 2 days. Also Ricky is the person that did the nail work. I will never go back.

Wish I could rate zero stars because this place is awful an people are too rough and not good at their job awful work on my nails

My gel manicure chipped after two days. I was also disappointed with my pedicure. The top coat was full of air bubbles. I got my nails done before I left the country for vacation so I couldn’t go back to get them fixed.

I have a very good nail tech. Ricky does a very good job, and takes pride in his work and your satisfaction.

New in town. First time, Kiara Sky Powder nails. Ricky did an awesome job and recommended D41 Lana Dip Powder. Nailed it!

After driving around for 1hr looking for a salon open on sunday we came across this place. They were very busy but handled the business very professionally. Was in and out within 45 mins and my nails feel and look fantastic! Will be going back for sure

Sad to even write this review, as I went here for years. The last time I went here, I had paint ALL over my hands, my nails were uneven, and it just looked horrid. There are two people who seem to know how to do designs. Neither are available usually, and the younger girl gets irritated by stopping, and designing. It's just not good. I feel like it's a fake nice, and quite often, I'm sure they're talking about people. I won't return here. Poor customer service, and it's just not a good experience. I miss how it used to be.

The worst customer service. Pedicure was trash and the guy doing my design drew likes five year old! Did not do my cuticles, feet still ashy after, messy paint job! This place sucks

Not even 24 hours of me getting my fill my polish is chipping.the file is not crisp.the place looks nice, but has poor customer service!

They do a great job and are very fast. Make sure to ask for "Melissa" she is one of the best!

I love them. They do great designs too. Ask for Jenny to do your designs, she'll do them great.

Pretty sure we hit this place up on the wrong day! The girls couldn't understand what we wanted done to our nails. Come on people, yellow base with white dots is not that hard to comprehend. Also, when I ask for a flower, I mean a flower, not an alien. Pretty sure we were being talked about the entire time. Not a good day. You insult me, no tip!
