Larry is very knowledgable and not chemical crazy. He understand the balance and importance of all life and respects the important of bees, birds, etc. Sometimes you just need to kills something, though, like the ants that were INSIDE my house - lots of them. And he did a great job, explained how it worked and found where they were coming from outside the house.

Bought a house that was empty for a while and there was SO many bugs and spiders. L&L worked with me to get someone out the next day to spray. My house is SO much better now and I'm not screaming every 5 seconds from seeing another spider.

I reached out for assistance with a uv light system repair. I spoke to Linda (wife) who was very helpful and even had Larry call us directly to discuss the issue we were having. Larry had come out to service the unit over 7 years ago and was glad they were still in business. Larry showed up on time and even was kind enough to send pictures and call us. Unfortunately he required a part that had to be ordered and would not be in until the following week. Larry came back when he said he would and completed the work timely.

We’ve had bad experiences with many “No Show” contractors and you can’t go wrong with using L & L. Very professional and provided top notch customer service.
