I had a horrible experience. I’ve been coming for 3 months no issues, great service. I decided to get my brows tinted and waxed this time. For starters, this woman had to be zooted. She was zooming around the shop, up selling eyebrows, painting nails, they were busy. But she was unusually fast and high strung.she slapped brow tint on my brows while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. It didn’t get wiped off until almost 30 minutes after, and only because I told her my face was burning. She wiped it off and I air dried. A man was doing my pedicure, she pushed him off my toes mid polish, rushed through them and had me lay in the back to wax my brows. My left brow was shaped thin but manageable. My right brow is missing half, arched horrible and thin. I told her they were crooked and burned she agreed. Then proceeded to try to fix them. All she did was thin them out with a razor that made it worse.then called me beautiful

I’ve been going here for two years or more and have always LOVED it… unfortunately I think it changed management? The past 1-2 months have been horrible. The manager will do nails while trying to run everything and many times would still be on my nails with power tools while talking to someone else. I’ve been hurt multiple times.

She tells her employees to hurry and go faster. The results are very poor jobs on the nails.

I feel bad for the employees and hope they find better.

She kept stoping I was waiting twice for 14 minutes other people kept doing my nail half doing. My nails and they where clumpy and the polish wasn’t even

I used to go to mya she was great. But she’s not there anymore. I go to Angie. The past 2 times. That’s who my new nail tech is going to be. There is no problems. She is very nice. I’ve had no issues with the new staff or management yet. Click on the pic to see all the nails

This was my first time here and it was amazing. My hands were so dry from cooking dinner for 13 and washing dishes. Heidi did a fabulous job with pedicure, manicure and paraffin wax. I will treat myself a lot.

New staff was super rude, consistently kept trying to up charge and got upset if you declined …. A saw a technician ask a girl to pick her gel, the lady said no thank you I don’t want gel, the tech rolled her eyes and said why don’t you want gel n was super rude to her afterwards.the lady told me she couldn’t do my nails if I didn’t get gel polish smh

They don’t give support to their customers. I bought a session of hair remover me and two other peoples for 2,100. For six sessions and they stopped doing the hair remover and don’t want to pay us back and we only did two sessions.
They’re saying that they just bought the place. And they didn’t know anything about it. How do you buy a place and you don’t know anything about it?

I went today as I'm cruising tomorrow. Haven't had a mani-pedi in awhile and Jennifer took care of me and made me feel special. She didn't rush at all. I had the mani-pedi and then waxing of some areas of my face. She kept talking me with me the entire time about our families and encouraging me to enjoy myself on the cruise. We talked much. My husband died a year ago and she told me he's with me always. My eyebrows look wonderful! I'll be back looking for Jennifer. I walked out with a smile and finally real excitement for my sibling cruise.

Went here to get myself, 8 year old daughter mani pedis (no acrylic) for my wedding in the DR and my husband got a pedicure. We had an appt on a Monday at 1: 00 got seen at 1: 30. When my husband was finished they never told him he was done just left him sitting for 15 min til I just told him to get up. MY daughter and I both got white tips and by Wednesday both of our gel polish was coming off! I was pissed after spending $220 and our nails didn't even last 3 days! We will never come back here! They did a terrible job!

The wait was too long. They sent me to another shop, that I absolutely loved. I will not be returning here.

While they were able to take me as a walk in right away for a pedi, not happy with the service. The technician was very rough and short with me. He cut my toe. And then he used the mail file he was using on my toe nails on his own hands and proceeded to use it again on my toes! Gross!

Best pedicure ever. Highly suggest getting the luxury pedicure from Andrea. Just had another wonderful pedicure. This time I had Kyle. Absolutely fantastic.

Never satisfied after leaving. My toes and fingers do not match at all. Was charged $140 just for a fill and color change.

Good service, but every time I make an appointment I still end up waiting an additional 20 minutes.

I love this salon. I’ve been going to Val for about 2 years and she’s the best. Call and make an appointment. She will take good care of you.

Nothing special. I paid $35 for a gel manicure where no one conversed with me even when I initiated. I got a short soak, a file, buff, mini massage and polish for $35 in 17 minutes. It was not relaxing or spa like. The work was fine. But I felt rushed and ignored. My daughter (12 y/0) also got a gel manicure. Her tech used the Dremel until I asked her to stop (on her natural nail) and then filed, buffed and polished. My daughter was done in 11 minutes. That’s ridiculous in my opinion. $83 with tip, we could have used that money for a better experience somewhere else. Don’t expect time or relaxation.

Was here once before with decent results. My pedicure today took 12 minutes and my nails look horrible. She didn’t even file my nails after trim so they are pointy and crooked. Ugh. Very rushed. Won’t be going back.
