Showed up at 525p, was told no longer taking customers only one person in chair.

I said I thought you close at 6p, her response o need to clean up.

You need to update your hours on internet to reflect hours that you’re taking customers.

Hanna was so professional and did a very good job with upper-lip and chin. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Complete worse experience ever. Waited my turn mind you the person were taking people in order that their names were. Waited over an hour. Then she started to just say next person. So a woman walked in after me which was about a hour then walked up when it was my turn I said ummm no I was next. She said I was here signed in and left. I said no they usually have you wait and sign in and stay here that way there’s no issue. She said it was none of my business. Then started to talk to each other laughing in a different language. She said well I go by the list no ma’am you started saying next person. Had I not had a business meeting tomorrow I would have left. I spend alot of money here and tip well. First time I would never leave a tip and wait for the person I deal with. Didn’t make any sense. No person is more important than the next person.

Wish I could give in no stars, Shondra botched my brows so bad and then said then were thin, they were far from thin when I went in there I think a 5 year old would do better!

My daughter and I go here to get our eyebrows threaded. Walk in, quick service. Great prices.

Jashoda was the one who did my eyebrows and I’ve never had anyone mess them up so much. My eyebrows were nice and thick and just needed light cleaning (which is what I asked for). She thinned them SO MUCH and the top line of my left eyebrow is now curved. What upset me the most was she blamed her error and results on how my eyebrows are naturally shaped which I’ve never had a problem with before. Simply put, don’t come here if you want what you’re gonna ask for.
