LA Fitness, Allentown PA

I absolutely love this Gym! It has everything you need for very little cost. When you consider what the other local gyms offer, it is nowhere in comparison to what is actually given to you from LA fitness. I met with Lexi and she was so informative and helped me feel confident in my decision for the package that worked best for me. And always greets me when I come in. Now that’s service which has been in most other gyms. I definitely would recommend if you like swimming working out and cardio individual classes and group classes. It’s the best place to start your work out plan

All the equipment you could need, very modern and great amenities including basketball, racquetball, a pool and spin!

Comfortable environment, open gym and pool, clean locker rooms. Not much more you can ask for

Why does it take more than 3 weeks to get heat in the aerobic room?
It’s been freezing!
The ladies rest room was disgusting and I don’t blame the cleaning staff, it’s the members who are slobs! How about reminding people to clean up after themselves?

This place needs more maintenance. Machines are showing their age and they need to be cleaned more often. Dust build up on the lower surfaces, broken plastic, gum in places.
And then the walls, lots of unfinished repairs.
I come here because they have a pool and sauna.

Everytime I come to the gym Asalia is always in a great mood happy and full of great energy! An amazing person for sure.
Lexi in sales, has been very helpfull, knowledgeable and she will be able to assist with your fitness goals.

Do not trust the guest pass. I was told their guess past is only for individuals that live in the area and it would be a waste of the gym money to give them out to future clients.

Our sign up experience was a pleasure with Asalia. A shout out to Tyler as well for introducing us to the club.

This place is terrible. No heat in aerobics room for two weeks! It’s unhealthy to work out in 40 degrees. It’s as cold as outside. Place is dirty and bathroom is always lacking supplies. Only reason I go is because it’s close to my house. Don’t do it!

Jury is still out. I enjoy spin class with Molly and Janice. The aerobics room has no heat it's pretty uncomfortable. Front desk staff is pleasant.management is ehh. The gym is kind is intimidating during the week nights. It's sooo crowded. Which is good to see. There's a lot of duplicate machines. Locker room was clean.

The only thing I don't like is that there are a lot of people always like always day and night

Tyler gave really good service at the front desk. Might consider joining as the facility is really on point.

Asalia was very helpful in helping us set up a pass. She is very respectful and courteous.

No heat in aerobics room for 2 weeks. No response from management except that "they know" Equipment broken, no teachers for classes. Schedule is never up to date so you end up driving for a class that is canceled. Cops on site multiple times in past week. Place has gone downhill. Look elsewhere!

Great team. The staff members were extremely kind polite and personable. Rare and refreshing. Not even one rude person!

It’s now been 4 weeks without heat in the aerobics room! It’s terrible! Come on man!
The equipment also needs some updating…

I love going here! I love the Zumba classes that they have, the ladies are wonderful! It’s always a great atmosphere here and I love the general manager, Paula. She always works with me and always has the best customer service.
