This gym is awesome super clean and a great environment. Equipment is all upgraded and has everything I was looking for.

Steve in Janitorial rocks! He was there this morning, organizing weights, putting equipment back, cleaning, and just doing a great job going above and beyond to keep our gym top notch. If you see him, show him some appreciation and thank him for all he’s doing. Our gym is newly renovated, let’s take care of it and help him out a little by putting weights and equipment back where they belong and cleaning up after yourself. Thank you to all the LA Fitness staff, you all are great.

Gym is super clean and the general manger Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me on becoming a member!

Maybe when there is heat in the kidsclub I can upgrade my review from 2 stars. Warning moms and dads the kids club is about 60deg. Can't come in because it's too cold even after they said HVAC fixed the problem.

Very helpful staff. General manager was readily available to assist us with a discrepancy between local and corporate policies and made the inconvenience seem like a nonissue. Sadly he will be leaving in the next 2-4 months. Hope they find someone as professional as him.

The staff is great! The only thing that I dont like is that the showers are disgusting all the time and they barely work, they need to spend more money fixing and maintaining the showers. Nice place to workout.

Gym was clean and had a ton of equipment. We were visiting from out of town and Ricky set us up and was super helpful. My kids enjoyed the kids club too.

You need to upgrade your facility. Half the machines have ripped or indented padding, half of your treadmills sound like they are falling apart when u run on them, the lighting makes me feel like I wanna fall asleep. Other facilities have invested in new equipment or have updated their buildings to feel more energetic, even other la fitness locations look better then this one. You also just got taken over by another company so why is this still the case?

Like 60% of the machine are either so old and warned out or they never work please do something about this or I will have no choice but to take my family's ans my business elsewhere.

Manager was the most patient and understanding person. Lovely service and maintenance of the center. Definitely recommend

La Fit does a decent job of being a nice mid range gym. Everything you need to get ripped is here. The shake bar is a nice addition as well. I've also enjoyed the classes as well. Jade in Wyomissing is awesome. Definitely a nice step up from the bargain gyms that seem to be everywhere these days.

Did a guest pass here while visiting from out of town. Ricky was super helpful and the gym was clean and huge with lots of equipment. Very nice place

Nice equipment and plenty of it. Very, clean, good atmosphere. Adorable rate and it has a pool. Definitely a good place to go and good place to go workout

This is the condition of some of the machines and it’s been like for months! This is hamstrings machine which causes irritation every single time and health risk.

Michelle and Ricky were very thorough with helping my friend and I start our fitness goals. I highly recommend LA Fitness!

La Fitness now Esporta is more affordable and price is compatible to other gyms. They seem to keep the place clean amd plenty of cleaning bottles for members to clean before each usage.

Front desk staff friendliness is hit or miss. Group class instructors and trainers are great!

Bathrooms, exercise area and class mirrors need to be cleaned more often.

Need more hand weights (10,15, and 20 pound). Many of the clients do not wipe down equipment.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
They will bait and switch you on the membership - they draw you in with a promotion, and the charge you the full price, ans tack on annual fees, and if you want to cancel, they charge for that too, and make it extremely difficult to cancel!

The "Assistant General Manager" Damien, was extremely rude and demeaning when I tried to explain to him that I was overcharged based on their advertised rate.
