LA Fitness, Springfield PA

Even before quarantine and COVID-19 the staff was very friendly and helpful. There has been a couple times that the trainers and staff have went far and beyond to satisfy customers and members. The facilities that I most frequently visit is the LA Fitness on Baltimore Pike. The pools are usually very clean and the spa areas are well kept. The locker rooms were constantly clean pre COVID-19 as well. I’m very satisfied and I am a proud member of LA Fitness.

The manager Stephanie Richardson is very helpful and makes the working out experience that much better. Also during the CVD19 pandemic they made sure to maintain a healthy environment for all there guest.

Tried to cancel my gym membership. The customer service reps were awful. They laughed at me, made fun of it and asked my husband "Do you want to die tonight? " when he asked to speak to a supervisor.

Since reopening this June, I am very pleased with the level of attention being paid to sanitation. The manager, Stephanie, is especially thorough! I’ve been to the gym three back to back days this week, and each time I’ve witnessed her carrying around her jug of disinfectant and spraying EVERY common surface, from machines to weights. She saw me about to use the wall sanitizer to clean a bench and stopped me. Instead of using the wall sanitizer, she walked with me back to the bench I wanted to use to clean it with her more powerful spray. Her steadfast efforts to keep the gym clean makes me very comfortable with continuing to use these facilities during the Covid outbreak!

Gym is consistently dirty, paper towel dispensers are always empty and bathroom stalls do not have toilet paper. The staff are always sitting around on their phones as opposed to cleaning up this dump.

Bad customer service! Some of staffs/ manager Loraine are rude or show attitude when talking to customers! Need to re-train their staff for a better customer experience!

This is a well maintained gym that I recently joined. The cardio machines are not as updated as they could be - but everything is working and each station has a mini TV. Inconveniently, the women's locker room is located upstairs with the weights.

Don't like the upper and lower levels, but there is a sauna in each locker room. And they do have Kids Club on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Member for 3+ years. Great facility. Some of the staff need additional customer service training.

This place is a joke. Weights are never put back into the racks. People working out shirtless, playing music on their on speakers, free weight section completely unsupervised, and lack respect for anyone workout around them. This place isn’t worth the $30 a month.

Really nice gym. The staff are top-notch; friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone; pool, sauna, basketball court, cycling room, classroom and child room. The equipment is nice, labeled with intructions and well maintained. The only negatives are one private dressing room and not enough air-conditioning.

I'm only providing 4 stars because I've only ever visited this establishment a few times to pick up my boyfriend. From what I can glance at, this gym has so much more to offer than many other local gyms. It's spacious and incredibly professional. There's no drama, no gimmicks, no nonsense. I know my boyfriend really enjoys it here and I intend on getting a membership soon. The staff are super friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the good work!

It's a good gym. I nice mix and variety of equipment and I had 1 lasting complaint that that they have resolved and that was that they did not provide any wifi, but on my last visit, it shows that they supply it to their members now. This is why I now give it 5 stars. And I like the location of the pool in the back of the gym instead of feeling on display in the front window by passersbys like at other locations.

Female welcomed me to the gym and told me to enjoy my workout. I worked a little harder and let her know that I did on the way out. She smiled beautifully, thanked me for coming and said she wanted to see me again soon. I am going to go back I hope that she is there to greet me.

They're missing so many attachments for the cable and bathroom could use more cleaning.other than that it's great.

Their employee Christian Patterson is a great guy. He's good at interacting with the members and customers of La Fitness. He is a hard worker and gets the job done well. I admire his sense of humor with the members. Great guy.

Some big truck parking in back of the gym bathrooms are clean the hot tub needs a new blower no pressure nice pool great work out.

It is an ok place. Need to be cleaned more often and better. I would suggest going to the king of prussia or brookhaven location

Compared to other LA Fitness gyms in the area (KOP, Andorra, City Ave), this place is a dump. Equipment is run down and decades-old, signs with the old LA Fitness branding are everywhere, and the lifting floor is fairly small. A significant disappointment.
