La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chambersburg reviews
17Nice rooms at reasonable price. Good location for travel, close to restaurants and highway. Beds are really high off the floor but comfy
As a single women traveling alone, I felt safe. The room was clean and it was larger than I expected. Breakfast was included not that I woke up early enough to enjoy it. The water pressure was a little weak in the shower and some fabric softener could be used on the towels.
I enjoy the decor of the hotel and room. Their couch was very comfortable to seat on. The bathroom was very nice and clean. We would probably stay there again.
We have a nice stay even room cleaning is so amazing. Breakfast was very nice all employees are very friendly
We'll kept, attentive service, and very roomy for us, and our Boston Terrier"Spanky"
It's a really good and comfy place. Beds are soft, showers are nice. Its overall a nice place. We will definitely stay again. Sometimes people make excuses to get money. Which i have seen guest doing during checkout. We stayed here many times with family never issue. Good job guys at LaQuinta will see you next year!
Had a room checked in at 1: 30 am for 2 nights mentioned inwould be picking up a dog, was informed that there will be a 20 dollar a night charge for dog, which is fine, but i ended up checking out before i picked up the dog, told the front desk clerk that plans changed and i never picked up the dog so the dog was never in the room let alone the hotel. And still got charged for it
Very upset with this particular LaQuinta. Have stayed here multiple times over the past 3 years for work. They allow animals which sounds great but expect dirty carpets & stained couches, this last stay they mischarged me for my stay and even though I've stayed here alot they were totally lacked customer service. The towels have a weird smell to them and breakfast is always stale. The toilets run and it's hit or miss if get a room with good water pressure or hot water. If your in the area stay at the Spring hill suites up the road, much cleaner newer and worth the $30 more a night. Sorry guys but you lost a regular customer and it's for the better, for me at least.
My sister and I came to this hotel because we wanted a night getaway, but something still close to where we are from (Martinsburg).
This hotel is so cute, decorated for Christmas was such a huge bonus. We walked into the room and it was clean and we could even smell Lysol. Although, you can hear everything in the hallways by the elevator because it’s not carpeted. So people getting on and off the elevator was constantly waking me up. However, when you check in, just ask for a room away from the elevator. It was so nice they had a pool, however it was extremely cold. (but it’s also winter right now so I’m not even complaining lol). The complimentary breakfast was perfect, options wise. I just had coffee, but they had a little of everything. The front desk employee was super nice during our visit! La Quinta has little things you could purchase, like snacks, drinks, candy, etc. However, they didn’t have a toothbrush to purchase or the small free ones. I think that would be a good idea to add, as they had other personal hygiene products. I will definitely will be back!
We have a nice stay. All the areas were super clean. And the staff was very cooperative. Breakfast facilities were great and food was delicious
Had to check out of the hotel at 4: 30 PM due to bed bugs on the floor. No manager on site. Could not connect us with the manager. Unfortunately as you can see in the video there is a very large bed bug crawling across the floor. Check your rooms before you set your luggage down, if you find some, don’t expect your issue to be resolved.
The room was great. The service was fantastic and the room was very clean. The only issue I had was that for a pet friendly hotel there really wasn't much grassy area for our pets to use.
Very efficient, clean and friendly Hotel. Very fair price, close to many restaurants in walking distance from hotel. Great Value.
We did enjoy our stay. Will be staying again next month on my return trip. Stayed with family kids enjoyed pool
Located in a great spot with tons of shopping and stores right around the corner. The rooms were clean and recently updated with bright clean bathrooms. Rooms were clean and sanitized before our check-in. We stayed for four nights and it was nice and quiet every night. My only complaint was the towels were a little scratchy and could be updated with softer ones. Overall, great stay and would gladly return.
Travel the way it used to be (and should be) : fully staffed with excellent training and the accommodations were great. Will definitely stay again.
Room was excellent. Easy access on and off I-81. Large suite, excellent price, modern and clean, many electrical outlets and good lighting.
The small soap bar should be upgraded however. Did not eat free breakfast since there was a fantastic family diner 1/4 mile away that service a large, home made style for $7.99.
