La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster, Ronks PA

So convenient to a lot of places we wanted.to visit Husband loved that there was coffee available 24 hours a day which was quite good
Enjoyed seeing the buggies going up and down Eastbrook Road
Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and we can't wait to go back

I was very disappointed with this hotel. This hotel had fairly good reviews and the hotel has a good brand. The guest rooms are dirty, dusty, stains on furniture, etc. My 1st room was extremely dirty, hair in bed, etc. My room was changed. The 2nd room smelled like smoke. My 3rd room was a suite. We were so tired that we stayed. However, the suite was not cleaned at all. The floor had broken doggie treats, stains on furniture, dusty surfaces, tvs, etc. Spilled juice in fridge (sticky).

This hotel have fairly good reviews. We checked in on Saturday, Sept 3rd for Labor Day weekend. Spent a night and our vacation turned out to be horrible after having breakfast on Sunday. The eggs were the common thing which me, my husband and my kid had. We had episodes of diarhea and my husband got really sick to the point that he had to see ER. My money got wasted staying here, our vacation was ruined and we had to drove back to home. Upon calling, they had the audacity to tell me that They havent heard anyone going through same process so they cant do much. Neither refund nor anything else. Worst customer service, worst manager and worst hotel! Would not recommend to anybody.

If you want to be in the middle of the Amish experience, this is the place you want to stay. Obviously pricey during to busy season, but the service is great all around, they allow pets they have a pool and gym. The continental breakfast is diffently well stacked. Your in the middle of all the excitement at this location, everything is a couple of miles no matter which direction you go.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very accommodating when our plans changed suddenly. Pet friendly. I would recommend 100%.

Great place and very clean! Felt welcomed and all kinds of people. We love it and rested well. Breakfast was great and without the staff is great! Thank you to the housekeeping staff and front desk and everyone who works there! Also great views and shopping convenience.

Had booked a month prior to date and confirmed was pet friendly, dogs and cats but when reached was told no cats. Although was given full refund that did not change our upsetting disappointment as all other hotels in area were booked full due to sport events. We ended up crammed up at our friends mom's apartment. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend La Quinta or any other Wyndham hotel ever.

The front staff are very courteous which helped in me giving this a 3 star however I'm upset that when booking it was not notified to customers that they would be doing renovation such as painting and carpet removal. I'm extremely upset because I was heavily pregnant and the paint fumes were strong. I avoided out in the halls unless I needed to. Felt like a prisoner in my room.

CLEAN, well cared for, attractive, friendly staff. Felt SAFE in all aspects. Very nice room, lobby and I LOVED the 24 hour coffee in the lobby, tasty! Yes, there was some in the room, but the lobby coffee wins, hands down. Close to the American Music Theatre and the Strasburg Trains = Bonus!

First time staying at La Quinta. Was favorably impressed with the amenities and service. Room was clean and comfortable. Minor issue with shower nozzle dripping after turnoff. Breakfast was modest and plentiful. Served in comfortable dining area with tables nicely spaced. Fitness center well outfitted and clean. Pool looked good but we didn't get to use it.

They have a nice indoor pool that I was able to take my son to during a snowstorm. Room was clean and comfortable, roomy.

We just returned from a 3 day stay at La Quinta in Lancaster. We go to Lancaster twice a year, from NJ, but first time at this hotel. We’ve been to B&B’s and other hotels in the area, but want to say this was the best for us. This hotel is very clean, up to date, with a great staff. The breakfast is ok, but wish they would elaborate more on hot foods, but seems to be the trend now, downsizing the breakfast. Our next visit in the fall will be back here.

We were looking to get away for a long weekend of watching playoff football - 3 days' worth.   I looked at dozens of hotel choices, and was sold on the King Suite at this location based on the picture of a comfy-looking sofa in the main (not sleeping) area.   My wife complained that, in most standard hotel rooms, you don't get a sofa to sit on, or in our case, cuddle up.
When we arrived, the sofa was caved in, and the flimsy cushions barely exceeded the low bottom piece, about 6" off the floor.   My wife gave it a try, but couldn't find a good angle to sit comfortably on it.   For the first two games, we dragged an easy chair from the bedroom and sat across the coffee table from each other.   That chair was acceptably comfortable. The easy chair I sat in, on the other hand, had a flimsy bottom cushion and was uncomfortable.    I made due by sitting on one of the bed pillows.
We told the desk attendant about the situation.   He was already aware of the issue.   He had no sofas or other accommodations available, an mumbled something about "back order".
Although most other aspects of the hotel were satisfactory (the room was generally not as clean as we'd have liked), we're disappointed that a main component of our room that we were counting on fell short, could have been corrected long before our stay, and no problem-solving was attemped.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient, although it was continental, so no hot options. Would have loved a restaurant or bar, but there was a little shop where you could buy some snacks or microwavable food. The bed was comfortable, but I had to request additional pillows and a blanket and the towels were thin. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. This is a two star hotel, so you get what you pay for.
