This location is wildly understaffed. I requested bedding for the roll-away at check-in, and had to go cut in line 2 hours later to go find the bedding. There was always a wait at the front desk.

One of the 2 restrooms on the 1st floor has no knob and no lock, but a towel shoved in the hole in the door. The other one has a clogged sink and no paper towels or hand dryer. I reported this to the front desk and then the drain cap was removed the next day and was sitting on the counter.

Room 501 and 502 have no label, so we confirmed that our room was the correct one by trying our room card. This staff at this location simply doesn't have time to do things right.

Well let me start off by saying this was my worst experience at hotel! I was told that Priceline didn’t send my booking information over i showed all my info and they proceeds to tell me they are BOOKED and i need to call Priceline to get my money back remind you i live 4 1/2 hours away after raising hell i was told somebody had checked in under my NAME! How do you ask for id and still proceed to check someone in on my name? The whole staff SUSPECT if u ask me! I WOULD NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

We could tell how bad the hotel was going to be just from walking into the lobby. The whole building had a faint smell of weed and there was trash and dirt all over the floor. I’ve never been into a dirtier hotel. The elevator was finicky and didn’t work a few times we used it. The first room we were put in remakes of smoke, comforters and floors had stains, the walls and tv had vandalism etched into them and were in need of repair. Dust everywhere. When we went to let the front desk know they didn’t act apologetic or even phased. He had an AirPod bud in and was having another non work related conversation. Just assigned us another room. The next room was trashed, reaked of weed, beds hadn’t even been made. Went and asked again- he was again flippant with me and seemed to not even care. Finally found us a room that didn’t smell, but was still dirty.

We were shocked with how trashed it was and how totally unconcerned the staff was.

Do not stay here. The room is nasty. The shower is moldy. We had planned our trip around being able to do laundry here because the website says it has laundry facilities, but we were told they are out of order, and I am not surprised by the state of this place. Find somewhere else to stay.

If you’re looking for a 100% real review, this is it! LOOKS NOR SMELLS NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS! The entire hotel including elevator, hallways, ceilings, walls etc are run down! The smell throughout the building is horrific & dingy. Grime, mildew, stains, throughout. Bathroom & rooms had stains everywhere! Rooms are fully carpeted & very dirty. Bed had stains everywhere! I was so uncomfortable & regret it. I was moved 2x & each room was just as bad! I had little to zero sleep due to how disgusted I was to be there. I tried to find a reasonable hotel that was updated & affordable. I thought La Quinta would be ok due to the website stating it was renovated in 2023! I feel like I was scammed. Advertising your hotel & rooms as renovated with fake photos is misleading.
I was switched 2x which means I had 3 rooms! EVERY room they switched me too looked like a run down MOTEL that has not had a deep cleaning in decades. I am highly allergic to dust mites, roaches & mice! My entire stay I had hives all throughout my body that not even my prescribed allergy medication helped. I feel sick with the worse headache from either lack of sleep or inhaling what ever the smell is in their building. I honestly feel bad for the staff because I’m sure they don’t get paid enough to deal with customers complaints about how the person who signs their check doesn’t give a damn about the buildings conditions. It’s not the staff fault it’s the owners and upper management for scamming customers into thinking they are reserving a basic hotel room but instead giving them a run room that could potentially harm their health due to mold, bugs, etc. I actually plan on contacting the city to do a health inspection. JUST PAY MORE FOR A BETTER HOTEL being this uncomfortable was not worth saving a few dollars! Below are photos! I wish I could add the videos too but the photos speak for themselves. And I better no get a response apology! How about you pay for
New mattress, deep clean your rooms and update your run down hotel as apology. This shows lack of care for your customers stays. Taking our money but won’t actually assure your rooms are decent

Filthy. Stained sheets, curtains, walls and the floors look like they have never been vacuumed. No toilet paper and dirty towels. Halls are filthy. Everything is gross and covered in sticky filth. Had we not has a cancelled flight late at night, I would have left. It looks like no one has cleaned this place.

Truly disgusting hotel. Made to stay here when airline cancelled flights and gave voucher.no other option. Would have never chosen it on my own. Filthy floors (turned my white socks black in a matter of minutes), smelled of smoke and BO, stained and dirty towels and linens, light seeping in everywhere all night long, no clock or hair dryer in the room, chipping paint and broken tiles.just awful. Avoid at all cost! One good thing: excellent shuttle service and (some) pleasant, albeit unhelpful, staff.

This place was not clean or well kept. Even just in the lobby every light was filled with dead bugs, which is not great to see when the breakfast area is adjacent to the lobby.
Big water stain on the ceiling of the entrance way inside my room. Toilet paper holder broken in bathroom. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower were all empty.
The blanket on the bed smells so weird! A little like body odor, urine and mildew!
Elevator broke while we were there too, but they did get that up and running again.

The only good thing was the breakfast and the gentleman who was working hard to keep up with the breakfast rush! Hope he is being paid well since the breakfast may be the only thing keeping people coming back!

Definitely not with the price. Mold on ceiling in our room. Shower door was off track. Toilet ran constantly the flapper needs adjusted. Hotel smells like mildew. Made my allergies go crazy. Got in the elevator and the smell of smoke made allergies worse. Definitely needs updating. USB ports did not work.

Breakfast was very good and location is great. But the place is smelly and noisy. The AC is very humid. The staff saw me struggling to pass the door with my luggage and didn't bother opening the door for me. The room had two towels for four people and no body wash in the shower. Very low standard compared to other La Quinta hotels I have stayed in.

The service here.the washer works but not the dryer, the soap was empty when we arrived and we can't get soap until the next day so just picture driving all day and not being able to bathe at the hotel you paid for. Then they have to come get the bottle for the soap to replace the soap because they are too poor to have more than one bottle of soap on hand for each room? This doesn't make me feel easy about the soap I am using that is obviously open and coming from another bottle? This is covid safe? With this day and age and disgruntled employees I don't think this is clean or safe. Also there is no manager to talk to here which is very frustrating.

When walking in the workers were smug and didn’t seem to care about anything you were asking them about.
The halls were filled with trash, dirty towels, and dirty sheets.
The rooms were even worse, beds were not made, sheets were stained, and there was blood on the towels provided. When asking for new sheets they gave us more stained sheets that were for a different sized bed. The worker stated “these are all we have” You don’t have clean sheets? That’s a problem. The curtains in the room were also stained, not sure how that happened but it should be cleaned before people stay here.
Never been to a hotel so disgusting that I felt itchy just by stepping foot in the room, and to think American airlines provided this hotel.
Would NOT recommend staying here.

I would say that I am generally a forgiving and understanding person, but our experience here was beyond terrible. First of all they went and checked someone else in under my room, but it was okay since they just gave me their room (which was the same kind of room). But we got to the room and it had a bad smell, the sink didn't drain, one of the outlets was broken (thus our lamp didn't work), and the shower caddy was ripped out of the wall and there was water damage. I asked the front desk for more toiletries (there was only 1 towel in the room) and they responded that I needed to check back in with them in the morning when housekeeping comes in. I checked back the next morning and they were completely dismissive and sent me on a goose chase to find housekeeping myself. Also come to find out that during our entire stay housekeeping never came to our room. Like I said I understand things happen and I'm sure they didn't plan for our reservation to go like this, but we also did not respect just being rude and dismissive either. I would not recommend staying here at all.

I already typed so much for the review Laquinta sent, but just go here. From the exterior to the interior, internet, bathroom, bed, breakfast, staff.everything was 5 stars. I was impressed by the breakfast because I didn't expect everything. Eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee.a place for everyone to gather and eat. I didn't have to go to my room. Breakfast was from 630 to 930 and they regularly refilled the eggs and sausage. I needed a new comforter after I checked the bed, because of a chocolate stain (yes it looked like chocolate) and when I went back, the whole bed was made again. Staff were super friendly and the woman that checked us in smelled so good. It seemed family oriented or that the staff got along well with eachother. Location was great. Price for a weekend night of a concert was enough for me to click on a room so fast and hope I wasn't too late. People give bad reviews when they're not happy. Hardly you get raving reviews, but I didn't experience a problem and this hotel and staff deserve that credit. Thank you! I didn't take any photos because my fiancé would have made fun of me, but take my word for it.

The hotel overall did not have a bad appearance and they're afternoon shuttle driver was awesome. His name was Dimitri. He was the busiest person I saw working there. Of course there could have been others behind the scenes. I went down to the front desk on checkout and it spoke to them about the roaches that I had found in our room around 4: 00 a.m. They said that they were sorry and that they would address the issue. When I asked to speak with her manager, they gave me a card with an email address I did try to contact them through the email expressing my concern of roaches on the fifth floor. I never heard back and the front desk gave the impression that it was not a big deal.

Last time staying here. Should have went with my usual hotel. Checked in, walked into my room and got hot right away from massive cigarette smoke in the room. Put me into another room, go down stairs to get a key for it, they say no after someone said to put me in this new room cause of different size. So had to go back up and get all my stuff and place it in yet another room, where now over night in surrounded by a shorts team so I get no sleep over night and wide awake at 5am. Thanks. Hotel needs some repairs, carpets stained in lobby. You get what you pay for. Should have spent the few more dollars.

The front desk was rude and I wasn’t greeted when I came in. When I approached the front desk, the reception had an attitude with me and got smart with me. My room had a hole in it and bathroom had mold. The building is run down and look old. I definitely not going to stay here anymore and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I wasted my money staying here and it’s not worth it.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom after returning to my room after a concert. I told the front desk, and they said they couldn't move me to a different room because they were full. Not that it would have mattered; roaches are never only in one room. They had an employee come to squish the cockroach and then spray they the one spot we had seen it standing, and that was the end of the solution. No one should rent rooms here until this infestation is resolved.
