La Quinta Inn & Suites York

Even though the pool was drained for maintenance, and the hotel seemed packed with reams from nearby sports tournaments, the service was excellent. Desk staff were very helpful, as were the cleaning staff. We had left a cell phone on the bed, and cleaning staff found it and contacted the front desk before we had left. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and quiet.

LaQuinta Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our family! The breakfast was great and anything we needed we were offered it on a daily. Clean atmosphere, Enjoyed my stay. #5Starz

I wasn’t sure about staying at a “La Quinta”, but this location did not disappoint! The hotel was nice, quiet, CLEAN and the staff was great! Very professional. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff here is fabulous, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Overall this location does a great job.

I reserved a room online basically to go to the pool.it's me my grandson and niece.we get there the pool is not even filled up but no where on the website states that it is closed.then to get up at 330 in the morning to bed bugs bites. I quickly let the front desk know I was very upset I was not sure if my gson or niece was bit.they are quick to say no refund.why would I pay for a room with bed bugs? If it's like that I would of stood at a park and have the mosquito bite me for free.them the supervisor that was up front was the rudest of all.stating that we brought the bed bugs that we are disgusting.to never come back.believe me I won't! 1405 Kenneth Rd York Pa La Quinta Wyndham has bed bugs!

Clean well kept. Cold only sheet and sheet like bedspread on bed thermostat only goes to 70. Second night I got a comforter from housekeeping kinda warren but I didn't shiver in bed that night

HORRIBLE HOTEL, AND SERVICE! The breakfast was okay needed more options, But the front desk staff and room cleaners im guessing, are constantly on their phones, and being suspicious in the rooms. The front desk attendent a heavier set hispanic lady came from the kitchen area as i was waiting 10n minutes to check in red eyed, and looked liek she was drugged out on something. WEhen i came down to get the extra towels, she was then on the phone guessing boyfriend peoblems. You cant tell who works there and doesnt, because they all look like criminals. I asked for the manager, and all they could give me was her name is Mari-lynn". POOL WAS SHUT DOWN FOR MY ENTIRE STAY. As im going to work the previous day the housekeeper was even playing loud music in the hallway, Just so unprofessional. All the towles feel very old, and stale. They have a poor exscuse for a hot chocolate station. The staff seems to constantly smell of ciggarette buds and are smoking out front. My rooms looked half cleaned, and smelled of cigars and un-earthly things, wont be coming back next farm show year, going to try the Marriot!

All of the staff is friendly, and helpful. They showed my 3 year old the pancake maker which was pretty cool. They gave him coloring paper and crayons which he loved.

The room was very clean and spacious. A huge upgrade from another Wyndham place that we stayed at before. The housekeeping was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very Nice, clean and professional staff! Really enjoyed my stay here and I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! This breakfast was absolutely amazing, the cute breakfast lady was such a sweetheart and extremely polite! I have never stayed in a hotel with amazing breakfast And awesome staff! Thank you for making my stay comfortable and like home! I give this hotel 5 stars KEEP IT UP!

I loved my time here. The breakfast was soo delicious.and the place smelt great and the rooms were top line clean. FIVE STARS! Hands down

Very nice room. I really loved the walk in shower. I travel with my dogs and there was plenty of room to walk the dogs and the grounds were very clean

This little hotel is a gem, stayed here 2 times, and the contemporary decor feels cheery and happy. The main lobby is so cute, and smells like flowers. Very clean. Nice experience.

Had an absolutely wonderful one night stay here. Pricing is affordable and way worth the tidy and high quality rooms.
Check out took only a few moments. Front desk attendant was kind and efficient.

The room was beautiful. Ac/heat was efficient. Bathroom was great. Bed was warm and comfy.

Plenty of services available although I did not use since I was there for one night.

Love using La Quinta and this location is a great one.

Comfort, food, inside pool, gym and a meeting room if you want to throw a small party! What else can you ask for?

Clean room. No towels or wash cloths, TV didn't work, Iron didn't work and no cover on the ironing board.

Looks nicer on the website than it is. We were supposed to be in a non smoking room, but it wreaked of smoke. They switched us to a new room that didn't smell, but was very humid.

The room was filthy, dogs barking all night, mold in the bathroom, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Ok. Worn down for a new hotel. Breakfast not great. Was not given the correct room. Pool area was very dirty.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! They have a great breakfast and the staff is amazing. Very hard workers
