28 years ago I was living at New Britain Ct. I decided to go back home to P. R. I call them and it was the best thing i have done.the take everything door to door. Nothing missing or broken. Now im ready to go back again to P. R and the only call I'm making its to them. Im glad the are still delivering.

I have to write this. I have used this company years ago.to move back to PR.from Phila.and I had a really good service nothing got LOST /STOLEN or BROKEN! Came back to Phila.again 19 years ago and I'm about to move back for the last time to PR. I WILL use this company again.

I'm giving five stars on the condition that LRDM responds.
Why is it that when someone post a positive review they get a nice "thank you" from LRDM, but when it is a negative review LRDM say nothing.
No apology, response, etc?

I shipped two cars to PR both of them came crashed I put insurance for 2,000 on both of them the damages around $1900 for one and $1800 for the I took them the estimate now they only want to pay $450 and $550 for the other when that won’t get non of my cars fixed I can’t even get the parts worst company ever don’t ship nothing with this people they should be shut down

Horrible service everything broken. I'm stillin shock. I called the office and they were yelling at ME. You are crazy if you use them. La peor compania.
I have one star but I wanted to leave zero.

Inexpensive place to moved thing from on place to another, people are nice and they are more accurate than the rest.

I will give this company 0 stars. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I used them to move from Miami to DC. They said will take 3-4 weeks and so I had them come get my things 2 weeks before i left miami. Its being now almost 2 months and just today its that I am receiving my things. After the 4 weeks I called to get an update on my things. They basically send me to call one location after the other and will just transfer from person to person. No one ever knows where your things are. You call Miami they said New york has it. You call new york they said it already left theor location and will be delivered next week. Next came along and still nothing and same thing called again and just a different story every time and none one knows where the things are. To the point were I called this past Saturday and asked to speak with a supervisor and the receptionist at the Philadelphia location which is the location doing my delivery to DC placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I hung up and called again and she will just pick up the line and press hold without even saying a word. I never got a supervisor and she never answered my call. Yesterday I called the Miami location. The receptionist said New York still had it and will be in transit this week for me to have it delivered next week. Then 10 mins later Philadelphia called to say they had received my things and my delivery was today. This is were I tell you they are all lost and are a bunch of liars and never know anything. Finally getting it today and I will never deal with them ever again.

I would give a 0 star for these con artist, rip off, non communicating
piece of ish company.if that is what they call themselves. By far the WORST moving company I have ever worked with in my life. Everyone has a different answer to the same question and they gauge money from customers. I dealt with the PR and Philly location.the PR location is a DISASTER.with a side of HUGE F ups working there! They tell you they will do something to ONLY tell you they are busy and will have to wait another week. They do not care if your moving off the island or not.they have no concern for their "customers" or as I felt just another dollar to their million dollar company. PR company advised they would pick up my boxes.only to give me a 2 minute window to answer my phone before they left my premises. I missed that call and then had to drive 40 miles to deliver my OWN boxes to this company.paid IN FULL and specifically ASKED " will there be any additional charges once the boxes are delivered. I was informed two times. "No nothing else will be needed, just sign for the delivery". The boxes arrive and are delivered to ONLY Find a $25 fee for "document fees". They dangled the carrot "you boxes" in front of you and say "give me more money or we will NOT give you your boxes". They put you in a situation where one MUST pay.this is a poor way of doing business and I even called the "service rep" and informed her of all my troubles and lack of communication and disclosure.and she could care less. If anyone is thinking about using this company I URGE you NEVER EVER use them nor refer them. The money is not the important part.it is the principal of having Good customer service and taking care of customers when others in your company have not done so. This company does not follow any specific set of instructions you inform them of.they do what they want when they want and only the customer suffers.

Incompetence at its finest. You could post a quote request on their site, have them "call you" to only have it mysteriously and convieniently dissapear when you call them, and then the boss never is there. They tell you they will call you back and they never do. The post office or UPS is a better option, rather to wait for these jokesters. Too bad there isn't a rating for a negative star, because they'd get all of them. BEWARE!

I had the worst experience with this company. I DO NOT recommend this moving company to anyone. When I cancelled my order with them, I got the biggest run around in getting my deposit back. When I first came to the company, I asked the manager, " if I cancel, will there be a problem or a penalty in getting my money back? " She assured me there would be no problem or penalty in getting my money back. When I cancelled, they ended up charging me 20% of my deposit for services NEVER rendered. They basically charged me for a free phone estimate and for me taking them MY money. I never signed or agreed to having 20% taken from my deposit or I would of NEVER left them so much money.

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and was very close to taking them to small claims court. It took nearly 6 weeks to get 80% of my money back. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and proficiency is ridiculous with these people. You are better off dealing with a mom and pop shop or a WELL reputable company.

Worse customer service ever! You ask a question and they give you the stupidest answers that have nothing to do with your question. Then you talk to them in english and they answer in spanglish. I will not do business with them.

I had a very bad experience with this company a few years back, I was moving my stuff from pensilvannia to Puerto Rico ion one of the boxes I packed a collection of movies that I had. When my stuff arrived to the destination and I was cheking everything, I found out that more than 20 of my movies were stolen! But the thieves left the case I was so angry I paid to get robbed. I called and they told me that they couldn't do nothing. This company it's the worst dishonest and very incompetent people.

I went to Rosa Del Monte to deliver my items to Hollywood, Fl. They shipped my items to the warehouse in Miami, Fl.and said they didn't charge me for delivery. They said "I had requested items be delivered to Miami and I would pick up. " On top of paying $600 to deliver a refrigerator and plasma tv, I am know being charged extra to have the items delivered to my home. It's been a week now and I was told they would fix this error with the NY office. So far, no call and I having no choice will have to pay an additional fee for delivery I thought was already paid for.
