Showroom was filled with beautiful choices. We were warmly greeted by Michelle who provided helpful information and guidance on styles and fabric choices. It was a pleasant, no pressure, experience!

The overall experience was good. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. There were a couple things that did not exceed expectations. The bad first: we reviewed our order AFTER being given a price AND running our card. Upon review, I discovered that the corner piece for our sectional was missing from the order- an $1800 piece. We discussed it away from the sales team and decided to ask for a discount since I found the error before delivery day. I met no opposition and we were given a significant discount. The next morning after measuring and mentally placing the sectional in our room and looking at all the measurements online, we found out that there is a console piece that could be added; this wasn’t offered at the time of purchase, so we went and added that causing a third charge to the card (the second being the addition of the corner piece). The good: as I said, the whole process was done with a very friendly person. She was very nice, willing to talk to us pleasantly without knowing our plans to purchase that evening. She was knowledgeable about her product. She did not pressure us into taking anything we didn’t want to take. She didn’t not flustered or frustrated when the error was discovered, she simply handled it in stride and continued to take care of us. I hesitate to give a four star because the person was great to deal with. I take off one star because of the hiccups with the purchase itself. I would not hesitate to go back. I would recommend this place to friends and family as well as the salesperson, Deb.

Dennis the sofa guy was great. He directed us towards the recliners right away. He didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need or want. We picked out the recliner we wanted and he made the whole experience easy and quick. Thank you Dennis. We will be back again.

The store is clean and bright with a nice variety to shop for. Our associate was Debra who was very pleasant and helpful. She actually seemed to have our interests in mind over making a sale for herself. It was a pleasant experience. The drawback is the chair we bought Dec. 21 won't be delivered until February.

The sales associate was not only very knowledgeable of Lazy Boy products in general but also of just what products he had in the store. I’m really satisfied with my selection. We ordered a reclining love seat with extra firm cushions.

No pressure salesperson. She asked my needs as we were looking at electric lounge chairs and gave me options as to what I could choose. I haven't recieved the chair yet so I can't give any feedback on the chair.

Bought 2 piper couches. The smell of the new couch is horrible. Have had them for several months and the fabric is already starting to fray. Fabric is also very scratchy while sitting on it. I'm extremely disappointed.

Salesperson was fabulous! She was patient and informative. We had a pleasant experience with our purchase. We will return again.

Worst company ever bought our recliner about 2 weeks ago over 1100 dollars been trying for over a week to contact them because it doesn't recliner right never again if I soon don't hear anything filing with the better business bureau

The store was loaded recliners and other furniture. I was amazed at the variety of recliners. We came looking for one type and ended up with another. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and great to work with. She guided us to a variety of styles until we found what we were wanted. We were very pleased with shopping experience.
