5 stars to the store and staff (furniture is a different story, but we’ll touch on that). We were greeted by a super nice guy named Chuck. Not pushy AT ALL. So friendly, didn’t follow us or harass us. Just asked what we were looking for and directed us, made sure we knew we could ask him anything, and gave us just a little info. Store was clean and well set up.

The furniture quality…. Not sure what happened to Lazboy. The recliners were hit or miss with comfort. Most were on the small side. The worst part though is the reclining mechanism on them all. So clanky/loud and you can’t push the leg rest down with your feet. You have to reach the lever, which is more difficult for my parents. It also makes you feel like you’re about to fall all the way back. We went in with 100% certainty of buying and left knowing it was a hard no.

But seriously — the staff and store are AMAZING! If Lazboy fixed some of these issues, I would happily buy from this location. Thanks for a great overall experience!

The sales women were very helpfull with showing me the different models and fabrics while also giving me space to figure out which chair fit me the best.

I purchased a sleeper sofa only to have it sit a year and a half on a ship we were having problems opening the sleeper very easy I called for service to find out that the bar arm is bent and they are saying we did it 2 senior citizens with disabilities the only people who touched this sofa was their delivery men Now after both warranty services that I purchased they want 600.00 more to fix it Don't pay for warranty this store gives you nothing but a Run around I suggest that if you have any problems with repair CALL THE INVESTIGATORS on the ABC website or NBC INVESTIGATORS people are promised service not excuses and nothing done to help I'm calling today anywhere else this world be covered

Best experience ever. The recliners are of course top notch. The person we did business with (Margaret) was wonderful and made the whole buying experience a real pleasure

I met Chuck as I walked into the store he asked if I needed any help and I responded that I wanted to look around first. What a breath of fresh air he didn't follow me around he just let me take my time and when I was ready he did everthing he could to help me. The transaction went smooth and easy. Thank you, very nice store great visit.

The associate (Ayana Brooks) in the showroom was very pleasant, and did not pressure us and let us roam the showroom at our pleasure. We picked the sofa and couch and added the warranty and are very happy. We now have to wait for delivery since the furniture has to be made with the fabric we picked. Happy wife happy life.

Great selection - all the high leg recliner styles we saw online were available to try out in the store. And I like that the fabric swatches (that we ordered online) were practical 6" squares. Salespeople Sheri and Tatyana at the Langhorne store were very helpful

It was a great experience! One of the few furniture stores were there a variety of fabrics to choose from at a reasonable price. Definitely make it a place to stop to look.

Margaret Berger was exceptional. We have never had a better experience in any furniture store including our first visit to La-Z-Boy earlier in the year. We were very limited on the type of recliner my husband could use due to hand and arm disabilities. Margaret just kept presenting more and more options to accommodate us. We’re so happy that we gave LZB one more try, and Margaret was there to fulfill every need. She went above and beyond for us. Very personable lady. Great experience only because of Margaret.
