Over-rated, over-priced. Very disappointed in selection and no one seemed interested in showing us around. Was interested in a sectional and rather than bringing us around to see them, was just told to look around that they were just spread around the store.

It was very easy to work with all of the staff at La-z-boy. From the design options to the delivery, it was seamless. The furniture is such excellent quality. We are enjoying it!

Our furniture arrived more quickly than originally promised. The delivery was was easy to schedule and the day of our delivery we received a call ahead of time so my husband could leave work and be home in time. We also could track exactly where our furniture was that day via a website to anticipate when it would arrive. Excellent customer service and a top notch, quality product made us pick 5 stars. This company really cares about it's customer’s experience!

One of the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever owned. Seemed good in the show room I always thought of LA Z Boy as top of the line so I never second guessed it.but now several months later I just sit on the floor sometime. We are getting some Lovesac couches soon. Can't wait to ditch lazy boy.

Now 13 years later, it’s time for some new furniture. As repeat customer’s, we did not hesitate to call La-Z-Boy and make an appointment to shop for a new reclining sofa. Our contact person at the store is Terry. She was so helpful and made our shopping experience very pleasant. Our new reclining sofa is comfortable and looks great. The La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Whitehall was just remodeled and their showroom is beautiful. If you are in the market for some new furniture, I highly recommend La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.

Our sales person was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on Furniture. She was kind patient and willing to help in every area. We went back a second time just to make sure that we made the best Choices for us. Turns out that we made a completely new choice and she was just as patient the second time around. It would be nice if everybody could be like that.

My sales rep was very friendly and very helpful in getting the right chair for my father. Honestly wasn't expecting the price but for quilty and craftmenship, all was good. I recommend La-Z-Boy to everyone who is looking for furniture that last. Thanks again for all your help.

Terry was extremely helpful with the style of the furniture. She was amazing at matching colors which I really needed. Since I started my shopping during a sale, but the sale was over when I was ready to purchase. Terry did give me the sale price. During the paperwork at the purchase, all my questions were answered and the details were completely explained.

Yesterday we worked with Diana to purchase our first piece of furniture since we got married. She did an excellent job making us feel welcome and did everything she possibly could to help us find our perfect furniture set. Highly recommend and will continue to go here for furniture!

Donna sales lady was so kind and friendly. Fell in love with the sofa I picked. Haven’t got them yet. I hope that I love them when I get them too so my review don’t change. But yea my instore experience was great thanks to Donna and Mary jo who checked me out. I never knew they sold sofas here I thought it was just recliners.

The first time my wife sat it our new recliner, it stopped working. E-mails are ignored and Theresa, the manager will not return a phone call. Service is horrendous. No one should be forced to keep a $1700 chair that never operated. With all that we have to go through yet, this is definitely the LAST time we will ever shop at La-Z-Boy.

Zach made it very easy to place the custom order for the reclining leather loveseat I’ve been searching for for months.

The furniture is nice but the customer service is terrible at the Whitehall, PA store. It took almost six months to receive our furniture ($6,500 purchase). The only communication about our purchase was initiated by us. We were told our furniture would be delivered mid November but that came and went. We finally received the furniture February 7. The delivery men were prompt, courteous and very careful while placing the furniture.

Our sales representative was helpful and professional. We were very happy with our experience here after being frustrated at other stores. This will now be our first stop for furniture!

I took my Mom. Salesperson Tanya (Tonya) worked over and above to give us what we needed. Powerlift recliner, on sale plus my military discount of 5%! Nothing to sneeze at.
