10I have been to this labcorp twice in the last few months and both times I just walked in. I didnt wait long either time, the person checking me in was gracious and kind and they were also the one that drew my blood and they were gently and patient. I had Tanya today and she was top notch. Kind, funny and personable. I will not hesitate to go back.
They are short staffed and the kiosks are not working. The only woman who is working today is doing her best but is clearly overwhelmed.
Poor place. Drive the extra few miles and go somewhere else. They have a check in through your phone or they say they do and no one answers it. Checked in early and an hour later still didn’t get a text to come into the building
Scheduled an appointment online for labwork at this location, and had a great experience! Online scheduling was super easy and straight forward. Chose the "wait in the car" option where they text you when they are ready for you to come in. Once I got the text, I was promptly assisted- was in and out! Would highly recommend this location as a no-frills, quick option for blood work.
This is the worst Lab Corp with the worst Customer service. We walked in and were not greeted. The woman at the front desk disappears for half hour with a waiting room of people. No one knew what was happening. I was in the location in west chester this morning and it’s a world of difference there. The staff were nice, kept things moving, and communicated with the patients in the waiting room. I wish they would get a new staff at the Glen Mills location.
I was impressed with the efficiency and personal care. It was very busy an I was in and out in 30 minutes
Not much traffic at this location so you can almost always get in right away. If you're having a blood test the technician is very good - you can hardly feel the needle.
The last 2 times I used this facility they did not draw the correct labs and I had to go back a second time.staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful.
My visit here was very positive. Friendly & courteous staff, and the phlebotomist knew what she was doing.
