Labcorp, Norristown PA

I’m very disappointed in my recent visit here as I was antagonized by an unprofessional desk employee by the name of Marina. I have a scheduled drug test here for a job opportunity and there hours clearly state that they drug test from 7 am - 11 am. Very unprofessional. Avoids this labcorp at all costs.

When I walked in the door I was asked if I was in for blood work and I mentioned that I was coming in for an employment drug test. I was then scolded for not reading the sign that was off to the side. I didn’t even have 5 seconds to even read the literature. LabCorp needs to work on their training for their techs because this is the second location I’ve had a negative experience.

The lady who is always working with the short pixie cut always goes above and beyond. She has the most comforting and positive personality.

I don't trust any other lab corp or anyone else to do labs.

Although they seem short staffed alot of the times. She always make it work! And does the best she can. She treats everyone with respect and dignity.

Noone in that office never comes off as being rude.

The reviews and the office hours being listed as closed from 11: 00-11: 30 AM, when I had an appointment scheduled at 11: 15, made me a little nervous. No reason to be nervous though, everything went smoothly. Check in was easy, my name was called at my exact appointment time and I was outta there within 7 minutes.

The best labcorp experience both times I've been here. The staff is so friendly. The phlebotomists are great at their jobs and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you!

My husband and I both walked in, were taken back, each of us had two friendly phlebotomists (mine was named Diane) who did a superb job of withdrawing blood and we were out of there within 15 minutes. I didn't feel a thing and I had 5 vials drawn. There was no complaining and even the two receptionists were helpful and pleasant! I will always drive here for blood work!

Maybe Charlie was professional but her coworker was horrible! A bunch of gossiping, your left to just figure things out! Once in the room very unfriendly and unprofessional, took my blood turned around and left without a word! The reason I don't support certain businesses the ignorance

Had an appointment at 9am today, and they weren't open. Several people waiting in the hall as well. Called supervisor and corporate, no answer.

I read the reviews I was nervous going into this lab because of the negative reviews. I believe people give bad reviews if in urban areas. This location is not in the "hood" its safe the girl at the front desk moved everyone along very helpful and respectfully! Charlie all the reviews about her are accurate she's the bomb made me feel very comfortable yes if you look at her you will judge her but nothing but professional. People miss out on good food in normal neighborhoods because of bad reviews they will write bad reviews if the place isn't in upscale neighborhoods. This place has a bad name and I don't understand why! Thank you staff you got us in and out of there today all races were in the waiting room from the front desk to Charlie nothing but respect! Write reviews for good service as well I was expecting them to be hood and ghetto I didn't get that@

Scheduled an employee drug test only to be told when I got there that their drug testing person wants back for 1 week. Would have been nice to get an email instead of driving 45 minutes to the hood. Lady behind the desk was nice.

One of the Rudest front desk people I’ve ever met in my life. Their iPad wouldn’t work, and when I asked what I should do she just wouldn’t even look at me or answer my question. She acted like I was a piece of trash. The only thing that was comforting is that she was treating everyone else like trash too.

I would’ve gave it a 0 if I could! This office is very unprofessional and ghetto. I waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes and even yelled hello and no one came out. It wasn’t until another gentleman came in after me did someone come to the front desk. As she walked up she blurted “all these mother f’n people! ” The girl sat down at the desk and yelled a name. (Which was the guy behind me) I stood there for another 5-6 minutes before she called me up and asked for a script, didn’t speak nor lift her head from the screen. At this point I’m beyond annoyed from the lack of professionalism and customer service she has. She asked if I had anything to eat or drink because the test I was getting required me to fast. I left and decided to come back the next day where the SAME girl was there and still being rude and disrespectful. She even stated that she was some type of supervisor to a lady that was in the office crying asking for a manager! At that point I decided to leave and go to another office. Einstein need to have better training and customer service refreshers because this is ridiculous!

No professionalism, girl is not interested in her job. Acting like I'm doing her a favor. Don't come here.

Very bad experience with doing employer drug test here. I had a drug test scheduled online for 1 PM on 01/15, I reached by 12: 55 PM and checked in. At around 1: 15 PM the lady at the reception told me that drug tests cannot be done after 1 PM as their systems are down, asked me to come another day. I told my test scheduled from employer expires the following monday (and it being martin luther king day), didn't want to wait till the last day to do it and i scheduled the drug test online. I was chasen away, even though i did everything per the procedure. Very Very bad experience with these folks.

Unwilling to guide or help patients who have been recently enrolled in their benefits. I pay for my benefits and the mail system has been slow due to storm. Second time trying to get bloodwork. Told me I needed paper copies of everything, yet everything else at their establishment is digital. With the pandemic I wish they were more understanding. Never going back again.

Very lazy, very urban staff. Extremely slow and lazy. You can hear them jabbering in the back, talking about nonsense … leaving you to sit in the waiting room. If you ask for assistance they will make you wait longer.

Do not go here if you have another option.

Go somewhere else. The lady working the front desk was so rude to everyone who walked in. Talked down to them and would talk about people in the waiting room negatively and everyone could hear the comments. I watched them scold on elderly women who had an eye sight issue and was told to have a seat. She could not use the electronic sign in machine because she could not see it with her vision and wanted to sign in through the front desk. She sat there for over 45 min to them be told it not there fault she can’t see it and needs to go somewhere else to be helped bc they do not have time for her. Again go somewhere else unless you want your day ruined.

I will never come to this LabCorp ever again, the lady was rude and sarcastic like I didn't understand what she was saying, she had a nasty attitude when she called me up for my services, I gave her my forms and she said I had to fast but I was getting an Antibody test and that wasn't my first Antibody test so she said thats on you if your doctor make you do your blood work agin, then she made me wait 20 minutes before calling me to the back. Once I was in the lab room she was very rude grabbing my arm very hard and i have a brus on my arm from that. She was on her phone the whole time talking very loud while recieving my information and I told her I dont feel comfortable giving her my information while on the phone, she said to me very rudly nobody isnt worried about your information, so I just got up and left and I told her she needs to find another profession. I was very upset so I called my husband because she made me cry I was very hurt that I would be treated like that and I been coming here for 16 years, I wish my other girl was there that was there before she came, I will be contacting a lawyer and corporate about her. It was 3 women there but it was the very loud short light skin lady with short hair with the strong face and she might be a man thats why she was so mad at me because I'm pretty and she was ugly but the pretty young lady told me to have a good day and she was the only one that was nice to me. If you could avoid going there please don't because that lady has problems and she seem to be misrable so please please dont go here this place is the worse.
