Labcorp, Warrington PA

Terrible experience. I have never been spoken to by an employee in such a demeaning way. Because I had to redo my drug screen, the employee was frustrated and incredibly rude to me. I apologized numerous times, and yet she still was annoyed with me. She thought that I had left, and I caught her speaking about me in the back saying, "people come in here and act like they don't know what they're here for". Apparently no mistakes are allowed! Note to LabCorp employees, as someone who works in healthcare myself, if you don't like interacting with the public, FIND ANOTHER JOB (there are many others!). Customer service is apart of the job, and every single person deserves to be treated with RESPECT.

Waiting room is clean and has 2 kiosks to quickly check in. Staff keeps areas clean. The staff was professional and courteous. By monitor you are able to see you place on line. Also, if leave your cell # you can chose where to wait in your car or go for a short walk. I was in and out 20mins. I was very pleased with this visit.

My five month old baby needed blood work which can be very tricky to do since she has such tiny veins. I just want to say that Nellie, gave us an amazing experience! Friendly, confident and helpful. I will now be taking my daughter here to see Nellie from now on:)

Worst experience ever! As such they don't answer your call when you have questions to ask. Website mentioned walked in and when I did, i was asked to sigin and non to talk to at the front desk. Upon calling my name, i was there to get a blood test. The nurse was extremely rude, in saying they don't do without Dr's prescription. Fair enough, she could conveyed the same in a polite manner! Highly disappointed! Would never suggest going here unless they treat well!

I went in at 8: 45 for a blood work routine and Megan checked me in. She was also the person who withdrew the blood. They are short staffed, and I was still in and out in 10mins. The two ladies working there are courteous and professional.
People have patience everyone who is working is trying their best there are a lot of places short staffed!

Went here on a Saturday morning around 8am for my glucose test. There was no wait and the ladies were incredibly nice! It did seem to get busier around 9am but there was still barely a wait time.

I walked up to the door at 1: 45 to have a drug test done for my new job (not only am I in college so I don’t have much time during the week but I had to get this test done in 3 days) when I made my appointment nobody told me that drug tests ended at 1 though they were open until 2. I knew that I was close to closing but I knew a drug test wouldn’t take long. I walked up to the door and the women locked it right on my face. When I didn’t walk away she opened it only to say “we’re about to close” very rudely. And only then did I find out that drug testing stopped at 1. I would not recommend this place at all and I didn’t even go inside.

Absolutely unprofessional stuff with attitude above and beyond. No patience, no manner. Feels like you are in the kitchen of cranky grandma. Time frame for drug test is ridiculous from 10 to 1pm even they open at 630. They act like it's your fault you didn't know after you show them authorization with black in white time starting 630am.

Whereas they were able to get me in quickly for my appointment on a Saturday morning, I became faint while having my blood drawn. The staff assisted me (provided water and had me lay down), but they made a huge deal about it and acted as if I had inconvenienced them and ruined their whole day. They asked if this had ever happened before and I stated, “yes, only once before” (I have gotten blood drawn about 1,000 times over the course of the last 10 years so that seemed like pretty low odds to me). Then both women working there said, “you HAVE to tell us beforehand! ” As I was laying down until I started to feel better, the woman drawing blood loudly said to the next client, “Are YOU gonna faint? We’ve had enough for one day. ” Obviously, next time, I will ask to lay down to have my blood drawn to avoid this happening again, but I feel this was handled totally unprofessionally. I was made to feel embarrassed about something I shouldn’t have to feel embarrassed about.loudly, in front of multiple people sitting in the waiting room. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

I went on a Saturday morning for some routine bloodwork. I arrived just a few minutes past 8am and expected a wait. I was wrong! I was in and out by 8: 20.the ladies were super helpful, nice and friendly. I've never had such a quick turn around before! Will definitely recommend and return.

Pasha at the Warrington location was absolutely wonderful! It was a busy day and it seemed like there were a lot of walk-ins. She handled it so gracefully. She had an incredibly calming presence and kind demeanor! Thank you, Pasha!

Horrible! Doesn’t even deserve a “one”!
I called all morning to get hours and line constantly busy- had to be purposefully. I fought a terrible thunderstorm and arrived at 2: 02PM. Door was open and one person in line. I was told they were closed! Closed at 2: 00 PM! I said your going to make me return for two minutes! And she repeated she was closed and the system was down. I told her she was full of c—-! AVOIDthis site at all costs!

Horrible services and the rudest people I ever saw. I don’t recommend this place at all. So unprofessional and the lady that did all the blood work messed up my arm because she was trying to hurry up. Took me weeks for the pain to go away.

Great experience, I’ve had issues before getting blood drawn and Violet took care of me so well I didn’t feel a thing. Very professional experience, all around a great place to go! Thanks Violet
