18Worst location ever I was denied service because of no mask & then the girl act like she couldn’t give me one
This location is so terrible. Everytime I come here I have a bad experience. The staff at the desk are very rude. Specifically the girl with the bob hairstyle. Can’t even answer a general question with an attitude. I understand it’s the end of the day, but if you’re not pleasant just don’t work in a customer service setting. Will not be coming back.
Sitting outside waiting for this place to open, at 1pm the tech comes out locks the door and pulls off in her car. What is going if this office opens at 1pm, why is she leaving? !? !? UNACCEPTABLE
I been with labcorp for a time now, I just moved close to this Yeadon pa location. My first time going there for blood work yesterday, but the lady at front desk with a black Bob hairstyle very rude.just on her phone playing game even to answer question was difficult for her. I thought that attitude was just me, but she did that to more two people in my presence. I was so scared for her to get my blood. Her co-worker was very nice and doing most of the work, because I was there for three hours, so I saw many things there. I will not be going back there.
Horrible customer service I went to this location yesterday and sadly the woman wasn't taught how to communicate with the public. She really should just stay collecting the specimens and not have any human contact. Will never go back.
Never had to explain why I receive a standing order for my INR and will never explain again today the staff was on the cell phone speaking with someone and just because they weren’t kind I shouldn’t have to pay the price with rudeness so from today on I will go to another location and won’t ever come back to this one
This was the most efficient bloodwork appointment I’ve ever had! They got me in before my appointment time, and I was out 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist was an absolute joy and the phlebotomist was incredibly skilled. Thank you!
Extremely slow and unsatisfactory. Saw no sanitation of stations in between patients and waiting room was small and packed. No way to safely social distance.
I didn’t know where else to put this review but this 5 stars is solely for Jordan whom I spoke on the phone with for a billing issue. Give that girl a bonus or promotion! Spoke to a different rep a few days before, but Jordan outshined her 1000x. Very happy that she got my phone call and got things taken care of with me while on the phone. Outstanding!
I am sitting outside of this office as I write this review. The person sitting at the desk has the door locked, does not acknowledge me nor does she open the door. I've been here now 15 minutes waiting to get in. Can Lapcorp corporate office read these reviews? This right here is extremely unacceptable! She won't even look at the door and she reacts as if she heard the bell and me knocking. Oh.guess what.she looked in the direction of the door (I can be plainly seen) got up and went to the back. Never will I EVER come back here.
I have been to many Lab Corps and this is the best one. The technician is very skilled, kind and professional. I’m a very hard stick because I have small veins, and she gets it every time on the first try.
Very positive experience, my daughter is very afraid of needles and due to COVID I could not be in the room with her. The women that drew her blood was very patient and my daughter came out with a smile on her face. Service was quick and professional, I would return to this location again.
I brought a family member here for a scheduled appointment. Arrived at 10: 04 a.m. For a 10: 15 a.m. Appointment. Three people already in waiting room. 7 more people entered after. Only saw 4 people exit in one hour. It is now 11: 25 and she still has not been seen -for a scheduled appointment. Coronavirus is still a real thing. This is unacceptable to let this many people in a small waiting room. If they have back-to-back appointments, they should have a sign that says no walk-ins. People are sitting right next to each other. My family member cannot stand this long and so they have to sit with all these people. There is only one person working, both the front desk and taking blood. And really should not take walk-ins during Coronavirus. So I cannot fault her. Once again corporate is about the money not the health or schedules of the clientele who are sick.
Such unprofessional service and very rude people! You would be lucky enough at this location if you even got one person that is nice to you and they care for you as a mother which I was lucky enough to get! Until these nurses at this location are taught how to do their job better, I am never going to this location ever again!
I went on a Tuesday 1: 30pm and a Wednesday 8: 30am. Quick service, nice techs. I was in and out in 15 min. The ladies here are very nice and do a great job at providing service.
Don't waste your time.go to another location! Never will come to this location ever again! Long wait and the receptionist attitude was nasty. I'm pregnant why would anyone want any extra stress.
Contrary to other reviews about this office, everything went perfectly smooth for me. Also, I had problem with my wi-fi pulling up my reservation. The staff immediately attended to my appointment. If anything, I could say that facility was understaffed, which may lead to long waits. I've gone to other offices (Springfield) and have waited 2 hours with an appointment. I was in and out here in less than 30 minutes.
Had long wait. Technician was excellent. Just completely understaffed. The technician did her best and was excellent at what she does. I left feeling so sorry for her. Corporate if you read this, do the right thing. One more person is all office would need. Minority neighborhoods deserve to be adequately served too. Yes, I am a white
