Very unprofessional was not asked my name when taking blood and the women taking my blood was on the phone while doing so. Wouldn't recommend

My sons doctor told us to go here to get blood work to find out why he was ill, she told me I shouldn’t be there because he was currently sick and she threw a fit saying he shouldn’t be there while sick, if he wasn’t sick I wouldn’t need the blood work, it could’ve been cancer for all she knew which isn’t contagious and it was very unprofessional and mean and that behavior only adds to the stress that the patients are already feeling.

I have been with Labcorp from a while and never had such a bad reception. Wish I had done this appt somewhere else. Very unprofessional and unwarranted behavior from the staff personnel. Do yourself a favor and see a different location.

Whenever i book an appointment at this place, its a mystery whether I’ll get my labs done or not until the last moment.
Sometimes, their computer is not working.other times, the phlebotomist is missing for a good amount of time.prefer to go to other location if you can.

Worst ever behavior I received when I took by 11 months old daughter for blood test. The technician needs to be trained on how to interact professionally with customers. Being rude while calling inside the door, pointing to a room of service without looking at the customer, asking to come in to another room while another person just finished their test (we had to ask to whom she was calling in because she was calling us from room 1 while we were at room 2, how are we supposed to know if she was asking us to come in to room 1, a professional tech would come to the room we were in and ask us to switch places). When in room 1, she asked me, verbatim "whoever is holding the baby should sit here" it was clear it was me who is holding my baby. During the preparation, I requested her to be quick when drawing blood because baby would start to cry, and she replied "Don't rush me", I did not mean to rush her, I just meant to avoid my baby watching a longer duration of her blood draw, any parents would do that. She tied my daughter's arm so tight, it was getting blue within minutes. Labcorp should train this technician professionalism. Nobody expects this behavior, we are paying for our service.

Wasn’t bad as most reviews… went in signed in was seen in less then 5 min. The tech was friendly and funny as she was drawing blood.

Five stars for the heroes that work in this LabCorp location. Only one star for the company itself. The way the office is set up to run is far too lean. The company is clearly keeping the bottom line in sight and asking their staff to perform miracles getting people in and out while keeping them happy. This location would be better served by having two technicians on staff at a time or by bringing in a receptionist.

I would give it negative star if I could. The person working (on Wednesday, 04/07/22, at 11 AM to be specific) at the site was very rude, unprofessional, and purposefully unhelpful. I was sent to the Malvern site from Paoli site to get the bloodwork done for my 17 months old daughter, who had high fever at the time. I was told that the Malvern site has the specific culture bottle needed for her tests. But after waiting for nearly 20 minutes, the person at the site told me that they didn't have the culture bottle. When I asked which site I can take her to for the test, the person nearly 'YELLED' at me and gave me a long speech about how overworked she is and that there is nothing she can do to help. When I calmly asked for phone numbers of the other nearby sites so that I can call them to confirm the availability of the culture bottle, before driving from site to site, she gave me an attitude and asked me to sit down and wait again. Not to mention there was a crying and suffering toddler in my arms begging to go home and rest. From what I gather of her behavior, the site person wanted me to leave her alone and not make her put an effort to help us out. In the end, I ended up taking my daughter out of there.
I am not looking for the healthcare professional at that site to be 'nice' but a certain level of professionalism should be required. And if they can't help or don't have any means to help, the least they can do is to be calm about it vs.being nasty with the people. I hope no one (especially parents with sick kids) has to go through the kind of experience I had. I think it is safe to say I am never going back to Labcorp and will prevent all my family and friends from doing so.

The most unpleasant person working there shocked at how awful it was - go to another Labcorp stay away from this one. LABCORP do something!

Wish I could post without selecting a star- 1 star- they don’t deserve it. Very slow and laid back- no point of taking an appointment too. They don’t value your time. Two bad experiences- one was with my 10month old - waited almost 45minutes and left because the little one couldn’t wait more. Second experience just me alone, took an appointment for 11: 45 checkedin -
been waiting for half an hour now and still waiting, that’s when I am writing this review. Never coming back here

First time getting blood drawn at this location. I have dealt with labcorp every six months or so for quite a long time and I know how crazy it can be for the techs and patients. Scheduled a appointment a few weeks in advance. Showed up a little early, checked in via my mobile device through my appointment confirmation, sat in my car for less than 5 minutes, got my text to come in, and was out of there by my actual appointment time. The tech was all by herself and did a great job.

I got bloodwork done here August 10 2021. On August 13th Labcorp overnighted me a paper letter telling me the worker I interacted with tested positive for covid.

Was the person vaccinated? Why didn’t Labcorp call / text / email me? I didn’t see the letter until the 15th or 16th. If I had contracted it I could have given it to others.

So, not a good experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went here to get routine fasting bloodwork performed on 9/29/21 at 11AM. The receptionist was rude, discourteous and insulting. The receptionist mumbled incoherent and muted instructions when I arrived. Thankfully a waiting patient gave me much clearer and louder instructions to go to a kiosk to check in. After thirty minutes of waiting, I was buzzed back to the office and the receptionist scoffed at me because I didn't have a current PRINTED note from my primary physician. Verbatim: "You can't just come in here willy-nilly and expect to get bloodwork done after you schedule an online appointment! " "No, no. I can't take your phone screen grab from your doctor! " When did medical SERVICE providers become so thoroughly unprofessional? Awhile back, insurance providers realized it is cheaper to go to these strip malls with horrible staff to get their subscriber's labwork done. We should go back to the days where perform labwork at the physician's office. Labcorp, Quest.they all treat patients like sick cattle. Lessons learned if you do come to this horrible, gross place. (1) Bring a current printed referral note from your primary physician even if it is just for routine bloodwork/physical (2) Bring your proof of insurance (3) Go directly to the kiosk to check in with your Drivers License.

Verrrrrrrrrrry slow. Expect to be here a minimum of 30 minutes before being waited on (even when it's almost empty). The nurse here was very good, but cold until you get her talking. They really need 3-4 more people here.

I have MS and Epilepsy so I know a thing or two about medical professionals. The people that work here seem like they absolutely hate their jobs, which not only makes everything go slower.but it's an overall miserable experience. I recently moved to this area and this location is literally 1 minute away from me, but I'm going to be driving further away because I never want to relive my 1 time experience. Yes, it was that bad.

Do not go here if you value your time. It will take well over an hour. There was only one person working there who did the check in and drew the blood, Janine, who is by the way, really rude and has an attitude problem. No point in scheduling an appointment since it will not be honored.

This is the worst LabCorp facility we have ever been to! Starting 2019 they mess up filing claims and I have to spend a lot of time on a call with LabCorp/insurance to clean a mess they are constantly creating in my claims.
