I was worried about coming here because of the other reviews, but it was as good as it could be considering I was getting blood drawn. The woman who checked me in was so sweet, made me laugh a lot and was really just kind. The other woman who took my blood was also awesome. I told her I was kinda nervous, and she talked me through the entire process and kept me distracted since they had to draw 9 vials.
Glad I could personally prove the reviews wrong. Thanks for a quick and easy visit ladies!

Update: updating this since I’ve been to this location a million times during this pregnancy. The ladies here deserve raises. They’re so understaffed and busy, and still remain so sweet and professional. I don’t love having to come here, but I love all the ladies working here!

The front desk lady has been horribly rude to my entire family for years.the other day, i took my son who’s been having medical issues, to get blood work.immediately upon entry, she loudly said “you need a mask! ” i told her i’d check my car for one and when i came back without one, i asked for one.she said (with a smirk) that they had just ran out.and she told me with attitude to go to CVS to buy one, or else she’s refusing service. I told her how she had been EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to my daughter in the past, me, and now my son.she said “have a nice day. ” i went to a different location (state street doylestown) and told them i had been refused service at Fountainville and the people at doylestown were shocked to say the least and told me that there is no mask mandate anymore.the people at doylestown were amazing.so basically this lady has made her own policy and put a sign on the door.even before masks, this woman has been nothing but rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.seeing all these other reviews, it looks like everybody agrees…going from 2 months ago to SIX YEARS AGO.how does this lady still have a job?

Clean place. Have to use express check in. Receptionist was rude however. They yell your name from the back.lucky if you can hear them.

Visited this place today, made an appointment for blood work, made to wait 30 minutes before taking me. Others were taken before me because they checked in through LabCorp express. Why the website insists on getting the appointment and taking others who don't have an appointment. The front desk person is rude and unwelcoming. Screaming at top of the lungs to get the patients inside. No clue of the orders ordered by the doctor's. Looking at you as if you are doing a crime visiting this place.

This place needs to address their customer service skills and confidentiality about patient. Totally unacceptable with the service. Wouldn't visit this location again

If I could give this zero stars I would. I came in today for an appointment and when I walked into the room there was blood on the floor and blood on the armrest. The woman who drew my blood did not speak to me once and when she went to tie my arm, the blood from the armrest got on the band, still didn't realize until i finally said something.didn't apologize, nothing.it is so dirty in here i really felt like i needed to go home immediately and take 5 showers.

These people are the absolute worst in every way. If they DO NOT want to work, and I believe that this is what their problem is, then this location needs to be shut down. Seriously.

Another LabCorp location I won't be returning to. My first time there, there was a 15+ minute wait after my appointment time. The technician was friendly and professional and explained what she was doing. Today there was once again a 15+ minute wait. The technician shouted from behind the closed door in the other room for me to come back, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I went to check the time and she tapped on the glass in front of her and said no phones so I put it away. I asked if I could have the results forwarded to an additional doctor and she said if I had the fax number. I said I couldn't tell her the fax number without my phone. She went to give me a piece of paper and a pen to write it down in the other room and I told her I'd take care of it myself. Once I'm in the chair for the blood draw she asks if I've drank water in the last half hour. Once again I have no idea what time it is so I say I don't know. She is extremely annoyed by this. She then draws my blood, which was hands down the most painful blood draw I've ever had. Then she says I'm done. Doesn't lift the tray, doesn't say goodbye, doesn't ask if I'm ok, just ignores me as I collect my things to leave. LabCorp should be ashamed at the lack of professionalism of their staff.

The lapcorp was horrible. Front desk attendant so unprofessional. Did not greet me and was talking on her cell phone. Her physical appearence was lacking as well, she honestly looked like she rolled out of bed. I asked approximately how long it would be she just shook her head and said there were people in the back already and they were about to go on lunch. About to go on lunch 30 mins before they closed. This is horrendous that there are so called health care employees treating customers like this. I walked out and will not be returning.

I checked in online for my appointment to wait in my car and was told I would receive a text when the doctor was ready. I never received a text and I called 4 times while waiting outside and nobody answered the phone. After 40 minutes I just went home, I had an appointment and should have been taken in on time or atleast someone should have answered my calls.

Rude and disrespectful. Turned away because we didn’t have a medical card on us. A picture of it was not acceptable even though we’ve been to labcorp many times. Basically didn’t want to work. Went to a different labcorp office entered the information in without an issue and got the test done. Management needs to address this location. Will never return again.

Do not go here. Disrespectful, unprofessional, rude.

I took longer than they expected in the bathroom and came out to them laughing at me with another patient. They were specifically talking about me since I heard them directly address me taking a long time and were laughing. Do not go here, if you must use Lab Corp, go to a different location. I will not be returning. If I could give no stars, I would. I will be taking my complaints to the better business bureau.

Made an appointment. It snowed. They didn't cancel my appointment, txt, email, call, didn't even put a delay message in their answering machine! Been sitting here for 1 hour now! Risked my car & well being to drive out here in the snow. &. Ugh! I am LIVID!

I came to this location today to do my bloodwork as a walk-in customer (so far we all know, walk-in customers are acceptable by Labcorp). Me and another gentlemen (who came as a walk-in customer as well) were met by one of two phlebotomists who raised her voice and started to complain why we did not make an appointment. Then, this woman got more aggravated, asking inappropriate questions (like, why did I come to this location, why I did not go to another location.). Another phlebotomist was trying to make things "nicer", explaining that everybody is afraid of COVID19 situation. But, it was just me and that gentlemen who were keeping all required COVID19 precautions, after registration, came back to our cars waiting to be called. And, no any other customers, who probably made appointments in advance, were present at that time. Just two of us.
I always use this location because it is the most convenient place for
me and people who used to work here were always great. I was shocked and upset (including another customer who came as a walk-in) how we were treated by this employee. Unacceptable! Since then, the customer service Labcorp has changed so badly?

Labcorp needs to update their website to say they decided to close 30 minutes early every single day. Not just a piece of paper taped to the door. Also, they never updated the Google pindrop when they apparently moved into a different building. When calling, I had to listen to a message that took 2 minutes and 45 seconds before the system kept asking for a pin over and over. I couldn't get through to a real person.

I work in the medical field and considering the pandemic, you would think that LabCorp would minimize the amount of people in the waiting area at one time! I made an appointment, which FYI didn’t make a difference because I still had to sit and wait. There were 5 of us sitting in the rather small waiting room where social distancing (6ft apart) was impossible.

Furthermore, no one should be allowed to have someone escort them for their appointment! More people increases the risk of others who are waiting for their appointment. Perhaps less talking among the phlebotomists in the back, which can be heard in the waiting room, and more blood draws would prove to be more efficient and effective. Get your act together, people are dying!

So. I had an appointment scheduled for 930am today and checked in online, as requested. I waited.waited and waited for a text or phone call, as I am not interested in going inside and waiting with 10-12 other people in such close proximity. So, finally at 11am, I venture inside to see what is going on and the lady at the desk told me that they have been trying to call me and text me all morning. I reconfirmed what number they have for me and it was correct. No calls, no texts, no nothing.

So, not only was I HANGRY, I was also HUNGRY, having fasted for 1.5 hrs longer than necessary. The lady took my paperwork and had me wait to be called. Another 10 minutes goes by until I am told to come back and sit in room #1. There, I waited another 10 minutes, and had to fend off 2 other patients that were told to sit in room 1. (The lady at the desk was waaaay more worried about ordering her Parm sandwich for lunch than taking care of the patients).

While I was waiting in the chair, I noticed patients coming and going into the different rooms. I also noticed that NOT ONCE DID ANY STAFF CLEAN OR DISINFECT the chairs or anything else between patients.

My blood was finally drawn. I won't be returning to this location.

Had a appointment on the 17 th of January @ 7 am. No one was there! Waited a hour still no one showed up for work! What the?
