Quick, easy, convenient.

Had zero issues with this location; arrived ten minutes early, checked in from my truck, received a 'come in! ' notification about five minutes later. Woman at the desk was efficient and professional.

I get the feeling that the negative reviews here are for people who want to walk in and get huffy when they have to wait to be seen. Try being prepared, y'all!

I was very anxious when getting my lab work done today because I am absolutely terrified if needles. But honestly, everyone was super non-judgmental and sweet to me. Afterwards, I felt a little lightheaded and sick (pretty typical for me after a blood draw), but multiple nurses came in to check on me and bring me water and ice packs. I am so super thankful for the wonderful staff here making sure I was okay throughout the entire process!

Arrived early due to 12 hour fasting. (I'm diabetic and needed food asap.) Didn't wait too long, but when I told them I was difficult to draw from and needed a small needle, they told me they didn't have one! "We'll get one. Please come back tomorrow. " What do they do for kids? ! Back to Main Line Health in Exton. Longer drive, but they are prepared!

Went in for a UA and blood draw at 10: 15am for an appointment. I read through these reviews before I arrived and was very anxious about needing to wait a long time. I checked in on their website from my car, went inside and they called my name a minute before my appointment. The woman who helped me and drew my blood was super nice and I was out of there by 10: 21. It did seem very busy with other people coming in but they were all seen very quickly. I'm very pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. Thanks!

Very busy 1 person working. Her name is Melanie. What a kind, professional lady. For as busy as she is, she keeps upbeat and is friendly to everyone that has come through the door. LabCorp you need more Melanie's. I used to go to Hopewell but not anymore, you go there and there are 2 people working in there and if more than 3 people are in there, they fly off the handle and are rude, but not here. Melanie is awesome and very pleasant and professional. Thank you Melanie!

Scheduled an appointment for our 11-month old bloodwork to be done. When I arrived, the Front Desk nurse said "We don't have what we need for the baby's bloodwork. You'll have to go to a different LabCorp. " Had to drive to Guthriesville location with no appointment to waiting in a line of 7, to which their nurse informed me that there is no difference while taking blood for babies; The Dtown Labcorp nurse just didn't want to do it.

I had an appointment at 12: 30 pm and had to leave because I waited for over 45 minutes. I fasted for my appointment and I’m starving. My appointment time should have been honored. There was no reason why I should have had to wait for as long as I did.

DO NOT come here as a walk in unless you have the time to wait. I’m sure they are short-staffed…. But then - don’t accept walk-ins? The staff is very friendly though. It’s not the staff’s fault - just a long wait for a walk in.

Showed up on a Friday 45 minutes before closing. Had bloodwork and kit pick up. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Lost one star because the employees all acted like they'd rather be anywhere else.
*Edited to remove one star. My script was read wrong and they didn't give me enough supplies in the kit. I had to wait through the weekend to go back and pick up what I needed.
**Edited again July 2022. Down from initial four stars to one. Friday around 9: 30am was very busy. I was okay with waiting but witnessed two other walk ins who arrived after me get serviced with blood draws, same as me. Also witnessed the phlebotomist finish with one patient then immediately call another to the same chair without disinfecting the area at all.

The worst! I needed routine bloodwork, and the lady working was so extremely rude. The wait was over an hour and there were only 2-3 other people I could see waiting. Employee was more interested in talking about her social life with a friend who stopped in for literally 20 minutes as I sat anxiously waiting, and then snapped at me when I said I asked how much longer because I had an appointment to get to. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I can’t believe they can stay in business. DONT GO TO LABCORP! Urgent care in Elverson does blood draws for 10 dollars and sends to lab corps and are so nice, efficient, and skilled. I was in and out of the urgent care in under 10 minutes and the nurse offered if I wanted to lay down to be more comfortable. Yes! Soooo worth the drive and the ten bucks!

Useless management. Waiting time unreasonable and provide incorrect information on waiting.

Waited for ONE HOUR for them to tell me they don’t have the blood test I need. Then to say I can go over to Exton location. Why are these things not checked upon initial check in. Thank you for wasting your customers time.

Lady at front desk was completely rude. I showed up at 7am for a TB test and they had me wait until 8: 30 when multiple people came in after me and had been seen. I will never use this place again.

OMG. Waited over an hour for simple bloodwork. Waiting room full of people with one lab tech who decided to take a break. Read all the bad reviews while waiting. Tell your primary to send your script elsewhere.

Very slow, poor and dirtiest service ever seen in Labcorp. Never Seen anybody wiping chair after use of patients. There is One lab worker jumbo Black lady, she gonna ruin this lab one day. She was acting like she is active. I was sitting and She helped other 2 people before me but they were signed after me. This lab needs active fast energetic young worker.

Don't bother making an appointment. Means nothing. They take everyone that walked in and registered ahead of your appointment.

Booked an appointment online and was called back at the scheduled time, ahead of others who arrived before me. Waited approx 10 minutes for blood to be drawn.
One employee was checking in patients and drawing blood. Service was professional.
Cleanliness is an issue as others have mentioned.
If LabCorp management reads this.it would go a long way to sit in the patient's chair - when you're idle, you'll notice.a lot. I hope the cabinets are wiped down soon.
