15By far the slowest and least effective Labcorp I have ever been to. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or walk-in, you're not leaving in less than an hour. Simply awful
Ever since they change the staffs, the place just went downhill. You need at least an hour even with an appointment upfront.
Doesn't actually keep the appointments they make. Not blaming the staff, I'm sure they're barely being paid enough to continue showing up. But huge F-you to corporate LabCorp, I should be sending you a bill for wasting my time.
This is a one person operation and she is doing her best to help us. Please LabCorp extend your hours and hire more staffing
Not worth arriving before opening. I was the 4th person in line but was seen maybe 6th or 7th behind people that arrived after me upon opening. No they didn't have appointments. Waste of standing outside waiting for them to open if they aren't going to honor the order that people waited in. Thanks for screwing up my morning and wasting my time.
I have been to LabCorp today to get my blood work done as order my doctors. The facility seems okay but the staff there (receptionist) is very rude and shouting at customers continuously. People come to hospitals or diagnostic centers when they are not feeling well and doctors and staff have to take care of them with well manners. I have never felt comfortable with the staff at this location. Though LabCorp is one of our customers (for whom I work) am not gonna go there for second time! Thank you.
I went in for bloodwork nearly one week ago (on a Wednesday morning). The wait was long but I didn’t have an appointment which is fine. I was supposed to receive my results the following day. I finally received PARTIAL results yesterday (Monday) and was informed that I might not receive the most important part of my testing until Thursday (because they only run certain tests on certain days). This will be OVER ONE WEEK after my visit. This information is CRUCIAL to me & my doctors treatment decisions. The lab simply ignored my doctors orders & did not run the requested test when it was very plainly written on my paperwork. I am beside myself with worry & find it completely irresponsible for the lab to have me wait so long for these much needed results.

Skilled phlebotomists. Keya is especially amazing at her job. I'm an anxious person when it comes to getting my blood drawn but I have never had a bad experience at this location ever. They always get me with one stick and never make me feel dumb when I give them a heads up about my anxiety.they just try to help make it a good experience. Thanks!
Procedure was straightforward and quick, but service and friendliness was just average. I also did not receive my results in the time period that I was told I would and had to reach out to get them.
I had great experience with scheduling, wait time and actual procedure. I’m surprised that there are bad reviews. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Check in process was easy and fast and no wait time. I would definitely come back. Thanks
Fantastic, prompt and friendly service! Keya the site coordinator was so kind on the phone and fit me in on a Saturday for a 3 hour glucose test. I appreciate her kindness so much!
In at 6: 58. Out at 7: 10. Fast, efficient and friendly. No pain during the actual draw. Could not have gone more smoothly. Very impressed.
After an hour and a half wait, the one technician tried to tell me that they couldn't accept the order that I had because I only had it electronically, and sent it to their fax machine. She tried to claim that they needed a fax directly from the doctor's office, which is nonsense.
She then tried to convince me that the order slip didn't actually have an order on it. When I pointed the order out to her, she doubled it down and insisted that they needed a call from the doctor's office, and that I was wasting her time. She raised her voice to me and repeatedly stated that I was wasting her time and she needed to get to the other patients.
Thank god her colleague walked in and took over, because I was on the verge of losing it. It then took her colleague three tries to get a vein that would fill the tube. I don't think that was malice, I think it was just incompetence. Never in my life has a phlebotomist been unable to draw blood from me.
Crossing this LabCorp location off my list!
