Super friendly staff! Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Best part is Subas took my blood, and I literally did not feel a thing! Thank you Subas! This was so quick and easy!

Just don't go here. There's another LabCorp down route 3 a little bit and if you can get there, do that.

Had a great experience here today. The girls were very nice from the start (I had to stay for an hour, glucose test). Usually I pass out getting blood drawn but the nurse had me laughing and distracted so nothing crazy happened!

Arrived way before closing and the front desk person said he could not see us because he was the only one here. Very rude and doesn’t care about patients needing their service. Do not go to this location!

It took 9 days to get my test results after they had told me that they would be ready in 2.

Walked in, no appointment. I was seen quickly and dealt with in an accommodating and professional manner.

Danielle was so kind and skilled. I’ve had to get a lot of blood work lately and typically have been stuck four times before someone was successful. (None of those times before were at Labcorp.) I warned Danielle that I might be a tough case. She kindly thanked me for the warning, quickly found a vein, and skillfully drew my blood without any problems. Quick and painless! I should also note that it was extremely busy so she’s obviously very efficient too. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Danielle.

Location had no more water cups, did not have the monitor connected to see the wait time, had 1 person working the entire facility. I waited over an hour with an appointment and did not get called. Had to leave because at an hour and 15 mins the wait was too long, and yes I had an appointment.

Very rude and ignorant ladies working there, I feel shame for those people don’t like their job but by treating their patients very not respectful.

There was about a 30 minute wait time as I was a walk in today. Slower than preferable because I had 2 small children (under 3) with me. The staff was kind and very good with needle stick. In general lab Corp experiences are slow and painful. I will complain that the office 5 minutes from me has "closed permanently" but did not list on door or on site so wasted time trying to go there first. Overall okay, but wish it was a better experience.

I had an appointment at 11: 45, I did not get taken back to do paperwork until 12: 30 and the continued to wait in the chair for 30 min and not get done until 1: 15. No point in appointments!

Awful experience. I arrived at 2: 20 with a 2: 30 appointment and had to holler into the back at 3: 00 to get anyone to come out. Apparently the one phlebotomist had been on break, even while knowing that I was in the waiting room.
The second employee on duty must not have been a phlebotomist, because she was not moving patients at all. There was an older gentleman back in one of the exam areas who clearly had been waiting for half an hour too, he left just before I was finally called back. This location is run incredibly poorly.

If I could give a negative star I would. The employees are always on their cellphones and ignoring the customers. The first time I came here they conveniently closed early foe lunch that day and today they stopped doing “my test” at 1: 30. Nothing was written about this on their website or stated on their automated phone system.and forget trying to get them to pick up a phone. I can honestly say I dread having to come here.

I really like coming here, it’s really close to where I live and you can just walk in. I love how they give you the options to wait in your car due to Covid-19. I didn’t like how they put all the seatings on the same side though. It didn’t follow the 6 foot rule.

Horrible experience! Been giving blood for medical test for the last 30yr, never ever did I encounter such unprofessional blood tech!

Two hour wait minimum for walk-ins, not much better for those that schedule appointments.positive side, facility was clean, unfortunately only one person working.

Today was my first experience at Lab Corp West Chester on Maple Ave. I left without getting my labs done soon after realizing one of the lab technicians who was taking blood from patients was sick and coughing. She had a mask on but a very bad cough. This made me very nervous. I over heard her tell a patient she needed to go to her Doctor. Please people working in medical field with patients don’t work if you are ill. Especially during the Covid19 pandemic! I won’t go back!
