Labcorp, Abington PA

Despite the crowds at opening time the team here always manages to get people in and out in less than 20 minutes. I've been going here for several years now and have never had a problem with the wait or the staff. The people (despite changing often) are courteous and gentle.

Came to this location as a walk in and was seen in 5-10 minutes and was out in about 20. The staff were all very kind and professional, would definitely recommend to others.

Patients are in line 5-10 minutes before doors open at 7am. None of the employees are there by 7am. Employees are rude when someone doesn't know how to use the electronic check in system. Extremely unprofessional.

Took my Mother here after an unpleasant experience at Quest lab and she was impressed. We got there about 10 mins before her appt time and she was taken back right after signing in. Facility was clean, phleb was friendly and efficient. She can be a hard stick and she said she didn’t even feel the draw. There is also a little area for kids to sit and play which I thought was a nice touch.

Making an appointment makes all of the difference. I signed in and was immediately greeted and asked to come in to the office area. They had all my information and told me to walk back to an empty room and wait. Within 5 minutes a very polite and pleasant tech came in and introduced herself, took my blood, and I left. What a great experience.

Worst front desk experience I’ve ever encountered. Check in person was so rude. Did not even want to turn around to help us when we already checked in outside in the parking lot.

Online says 3pm close, my pregnant wife needs urgent bloodwork done and we walked in at 2: 32. They turned us away because they claimed they close at 2: 30.100% would not recommend. Horrible service and don’t care about their patients.

My review is not related to any of Labcorp’s offices but directed to their customer service. I had blood drawn at one of their facilities on 04-28-2023. As of 05-04-2023 I have not received the test results. I have contacted their customer service 3 times and have not received a response. They continue to ignore my emails. Labcorp’s customer service sucks.

The WORST! I have been coming to this lab for a couple years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. Today wowww. Was so disrespected when providing my insurance and checking in. The lady with the long black braids attitude is THEE WORST attitude that I have experienced in all my years of getting any service. Some patients have very serious issues and to be treated so badly is unacceptable. I will NEVER be back. I'm going somewhere else from now on. And it's sad because I like everyone else but this one ignorant rude lady is the reason. Hopefully LabCorp looks into this time and date to determine this lady name. I a Farewell LabCorp!

I had to get blood work done and decided to try going first thing in the morning on a Friday. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Lots of parking, clean facility and very friendly and happy staff. The entire process took 15 minutes and I am used to at least 25 30 for tests visits like this. I even made it to work in time! Thank you! Keep up the good quality service!

I went to this location for a fasting 3 hour glucose test. Needless to say, I was not excited for this test. I wasn’t able to get an early appointment time that worked for me, so I went as a walk in when they opened. I only had to wait a few minutes to get started, so I was excited about that. Everyone was very nice, and the whole process was efficient! I heard that this is the best labcorp around!

I'm at LabCorp quite frequently for all the blood work that I need and everybody's always so helpful and the phlebotomists are so wonderful you don't even feel the needle going in or out!
They always make you so comfortable and welcome and not like a burden they treat you like a human being and I really appreciate that thanks to the whole staff!

They were very busy today, since they close early on Saturdays at 11am; however, they kept things running smoothly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Worst customer service. Lady in the front would not think out of the box. She cant accept a soft copy of the request that you can obviously send via email. She wants a hard copy because that’s the only thing they can accept. POOR POOR customer service. If I can give 0 I would

Wish I could give this place a 0! The guy that signed us in was VERY rude! He brings my son and I back to take my sons blood. I told him my son had a traumatic experience before. Instead of being kind he has the needle in my sons arm and his trying to find the vein like poking around. My son is saying that it hurt. I told him to stop so he was all mad grabbing all the stuff and taking the needle out and says you can go somewhere else if you want. I said yes I want to do the other lady comes in and does it with no problem! That guy needs to be fired! He clearly don’t know what he is doing and does not have a caring bone in his ignorant, rude body

Went there twice in 2022. Both times quick and excellent service and polite people. Their check-in process is easy and quick.
