20This was my first time at this Labcorp. It was a very pleasant experience. I was in and out in no time. It is the first time that I can remember not having a black and blue bruise from the needle. Thank you I will be coming there again
If only I could give a zero! Un organized and unprofessional! Especially the front desk lady! All I had was one question and she made me check in in order to answer me! Waited for an hour, asked for the supervisor only to tell me the supervisor is busy!
Monica took my blood & I'm a big baby. At my doctor's office they try several times & can't get the blood I'm a very hard stick they tell me. She took the blood with my eyes closed. Asked her how long. She was already done. Didn't feel a thing. She was also very pleasant.
Horrible customer service. I am not sure if the employees are not paid enough or over worked, regardless they treat and speak to patients with a attitude and refuse to answer questions.
I showed up on time for my appointment fasting while pregnant and was sent home to get my script because I needed a paper copy however once I got back a patient was told to have the doctor fax the script over. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable! Someone needs to give these people a break or hire better employees!
Unprofessional, today I went to have my blood taken, and the lady that was taking my blood started to cough right next to me without having her mask on correctly before and while taking my blood. I don't think that was professional of her, she could've walk out the room and cough outside but not while you have a patient in the room. I felt very uncomfortable and I didn't know what to say. Because she was already in process of the blood work. I don't think I will visit that lab anymore.
This has to be the worst office ever! I arrived at 7: 05 am and the doors were locked. I couldn’t get into the building. I called the office and no one answered. The office is closed voicemail was on. I waited 30 minutes outside until someone came out so that I could get in the building. The entire time I was outside I called the office and it kept going to voicemail, no one ever answered. Once I was able to get into the office I advised the employee of the issue. She shrugged her shoulders and acted like she didn’t care. I will never go to this office again.
Five stars for Monica at the lab Corps on Frankford off of Vista street. Building. She is one of the best I have ever seen and I know because I am a cancer survivor! Thank you LabCorp for Monica! Because I am not a hard stick anymore…
I brought my family for blood work the was requested for immigration purposes. So we walked in at 8: 15am and the didn’t call us in until 9: 22am and I had to stand up and ask after we get call the ask to put their name separately bad company awful service. The don’t deserve to be open and operate any type off business. Not to mention the every one the came after us got call before us.
Made an appt.but feel like I was a walk in with the time I waited. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.
The phlebotomists are excellent. They always get my blood on the first try and I never get bruised by them. I went to other facilities for my blood work and they had a terrible time of taking my blood. My arm was totally bruised. This is the only place i go to if I need blood work done.
My only problem is if you go to early there is a wait. Other then that, they are great & quick place to go.
Very fast service. I had an appointment and got my blood drawn within a few moments of my time. Very nice staff, polite and very professional. Highly recommend the place. I can't speak for others, but no one was rude nor impolite.
I used to go to Quest Diagnostics across the street but my insurance was affiliated with LabCorp. I went for the first time and I was surprised by their rudeness. Very very rude employees. They have an attitude and cant stop smirking with each other when attending people. So unprofessional! Im going back to Quest. There I have had a much pleasant experience.
My veins can be difficult at times. The phlebotomists I have encountered at this office have done a consistently good job of locating the vein and drawing the samples.
The receptionist was very nice, quick and helped me understand my paperwork that was here and elsewhere. Bathroom was clean and proper. I haven't met anyone rude, I came at 8/3/15 at 130pm. I could see how the seating would be an issue if it did get busy, there are 15-16 seats. Its quiet and a large room. Either way my time here was in & out & pleasant. I don't understand those 1 star reviews, they almost scared me to going to Bustleton ave labcorp but I'm glad I didn't.
On November 18,2015 I went for lab work. They could not get it right the first time. The employees that work their are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional not to mention lazy.
I go there frequently since 2014 2X a month and they have always been very nice and in and out. Only problem I have is that they come in at 7 on the nose then you have to wait 15 minutes for the computers to upload. Should be in by 6: 45.
If i could i would not even give this Labcorp site one star. I am an MA and i am appalled at how those so-called MA'S treat their patients. Those girls who work there are rude, and talk badly about their own patients who are waiting in the waiting room to get the blood drawn, or anything they need done. UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! This is why Quest is better!

The woman who drew my blood and took my information was extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs a course in customer service! What an upsetting experience.
