When I go to various labs, 99% of the time, the technicians have difficulty with my veins. It’s very stressful, until they get the right vein.

I've been here a few times and always had pleasant experiences. I usually do morning appointments or walk-ins. I'm in and out in a timely manner, never had to wait for too long. Staff is friendly as well.
Twice I called with questions. Both times it went to voice mail, so I left a message. Both times they did not get back to me. If they can't do basic customer service such as responding to my message, why would I trust them to do tests on me. I went someplace else.
