Labcorp, Media PA

I love this LabCorp the staff are friendly and decorate the office. Rashida and Jen helped me today and were cheerful and had festive flair on too. Rashida took my blood samples quickly and painlessly. She was also very helpful by distracting me from the needles with conversation while she worked.

So, I came here just to get routine blood work done. It turns out, they didn't properly record my test results through their own system like they're supposed to. Instead, I got a bill for over $500 saying my services were done at, Quest Diagnostics. Yes, my doctor's office did send my lab orders there and I tried getting them done there first. However, they did not take my blood because they didn't accept my insurance. Also, maybe my doctor's office shouldn't have sent over the orders being labeled as "Quest Diagnostics" to this place. However, they shouldn't have even taken my blood if that was going to be a problem. Not only was that the issue. Also, LabCorp's system was down the day I went. You would think they would be trained and have the courtesy to say sorry, but you may have some ugly results if you get this done today. Now I cannot get a hold of these people because they don't answer their phone, fax letters, etc. Not only did they make me lose money. LabCorp lost money their own money by giving it to Quest instead.

Staff is rude and incompetent. Extremely disrespectful. They messed up my check in. Made me check in again. And gave me the worst attitude about it. I can hear everything they're saying when the window is closed.

I arrived on time for the test, pregnant, did not eat or drink. They didn’t accept me because their system was down. If it were possible I would give it 0*

Pregnant woman working here was very rude with a bad attitude. She even rolled her eyes at me twice! She seems to hate customers and her job. Maybe she shouldn't work in the medical profession and go get a job elsewhere. F-minus.

It took me 2 days following my daughter around who is not toilet trained to catch a urine sample and I rushed it over to them and they never turned in the sample to be tested. INCOMPETENT AND NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I had to go back 3 times this week for labs because they aren't running the correct orders. Extremely frustrating! I already have to worry about my health, I shouldn't have to worry about my labs being done incorrectly.

The front desk staff is extremely rude. If they would take the time to actually talk to customers and listen, maybe there wouldn't so many mistakes.

I just left. The most IGNORANT blak women I've ever encountered. Came in at 1: 50 (I had no clue when they closed) chick comes into the waiting room, looks the door so no one else comes in goes whatcha yall here for? Huffing and puffing like her life is over that she has to see 2 more people. I just left and couldn't even stand to have her touch me.

I was called rude and told "the people around here are entitled". Media people beware apparently we are entitled when we expect people to be helpful.

Scheduled a morning appointment to avoid missing work. Nobody else here and staff is ignoring me. I can hear them laughing and talking in the back. Kind of redivulous as I’ve been checked in for 15min now.

This is the best lab around delco area. Blood work was painless and the medical staff is very kind.
Will be back!

I came here for a drug screening fir a potential job. The machine to check in was down yet this woman let the line get so bad before coming out after being told it’s not working. She was almost mad at the guests like they didn’t no what they were doing. (Tall African American girl with long braids and pink coffin nails one was missing). Finally it’s my turn I tell her why I’m there she says it’s only til 1130 then it starts back up at 1230 so you’ll have to come back. Ok fine. I come back she opens the door I say thank you (no response ok) I am told to use machine to check in and it Dosent work it’s frozen she rolls her eyes and comes out can’t figure it out then said to sign the board to check in so I do. She cracks the window where I can’t even get the clipboard out then slams it shut in my face.
This woman is in the wrong line of work. If you are that miserable find another job. The pretty girl that does the drug test was nice she was attempting to help and was polite. I thank her for helping!

Front desk, the two women are just rude and unprofessional. The way they talk to their customers is unbelievable.they don’t want to be bothered, they don’t want to do their job. A gentleman disabled needed help signing in and non of the employees would help him. Someone else that was waiting had to help him. I will not come to this location again, unprofessional employees.
