Labcorp, Springfield PA

Arrived for my appointment time early, did self check in and waited for my name to be called. Once my name was called I met with the woman doing the intakes. First asked my date of birth then asked did I have any paperwork with me. I pulled my phone out and was abruptly told that they can't take orders off cell phones it's against hippa laws. Then I was told "I don't need to be so nasty. " Mind you, I have only given this woman my date of birth and not said anything else to this point. Blown away by her accusations, I said, I wasn't being nasty, I was frustrated with myself for - and with that I was cut off by the woman who said, "well you were about to be. " Shocked by her insistence that I was going to be nasty I said, "I was not, but now I am. " I'm just blown away by such unprofessional behavior. As for the blood i needed to have drawn, the two woman doing the draw were from the media location and worked together well to get what they needed from me. I will not go back to the Springfield location even though it is closer for me.

I arrived at the labcorp at my appropriate appointment time. I signed in and was met by the most ignorant receptionist to work in the medical field. I was told, in the rudest way, that If I didn't have actual paperwork to show and not an email that had all my lab work I needed, that I would not be seen. I feel that poor attitude and work ethic has no place when your constantly dealing with customers. I would definitely not recommend this site on Baltimore pike for any lab work that's needed. At the end of the day I'm the one paying you for any lab work I need done.

Had an appointment for 9: 15 didn’t get taken back till 10: 55. Checked in from email never got a text to be seen. Very poor service.

I prepared the day before my appointment by drinking plenty of water. I was in and out of there very quick. Best place I went to for blood work in a while and one of the places that takes my insurance. Very nice and friendly staff there too.

Incredibly RUDE staff. I have no idea how they still have jobs treating customers like this. Stay far away from here.

The receptionist was probably the rudest person I've ever seen in a workplace setting. She had a mask on and spoke softly and was yelling at everyone including an old man because they couldn't hear her. If you took more than a second to answer her question she would make sounds and roll her eyes at you. I actually can't believe what I witnessed. That being said the girl that Drew my blood was as nice and friendly as could be and had me in and out of there in a minute.

I came here for a 3 hour glucose test. I was nervous because of the bad reviews, but not all locations do this test, and I live around the corner so I figured it was worth a shot. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. In the 3 hours I spent there I saw several patients coming and going, all treated professionally and with kindness.

The only reason I'm taking a star off is because I tried to call twice because I had a few questions, and the automated message indicated they were closed even though I called 30 minutes after they opened. 2 hours later I received the same recording. So I just made the appointment online and hoped I selected the right test!

Labcorps need to accept scripts electronically. Was told that the script had to be printed by me even though it was sent over from the doctor.

I have no tolerance to needles.she made my experience so easy. It didn't hurt whatsoever. Her bedside manners was superb.

A tough job. Lots of people. Many didn't have right paperwork. Asking medical questions staff here are not here for this. I always make an advance appt.and have never waited but lots of people walk in and are upset they can't finish in 10 minutes. Friday, 06/09, the two ladies working were fast, knew what they were doing, patient and sense of humor. Bravo to them.

NICE, QUICK SERVICE! Came on a Wednesday around noon and there was only one other person getting serviced there. We were BOTH done in less than 10 minutes! I had an appointment, checked in on one of the kiosks, was called to the front desk to complete paperwork, was serviced, and left not long after. The workers I encountered and spoke with were kind and efficient. I highly recommend this Labcorp location!

Of the many LabCorp locations I've been to, this one is the most efficient, best managed, and has the most positive atmosphere by miles. The phlebotomists are very skilled, and go the extra mile to be helpful regarding paperwork. And I appreciate that they are all still wearing masks.

They know their job like ABC. I was very excited, impressed with them after going all over the place to different lapcorp. Keep it up

If you want any sort of medical privacy don’t come here. It’s one building with no walls. You can hear everything including patients discussing their medical history with the nurses. Wouldn’t feel comfortable coming here again. I personally prefer to not have other clients watch me get my blood drawn or knowing my business.

The hours are wrong on this. Showed up at 3 on Monday, already closed. Door says Monday to Friday 2: 30.

Had blood work done today. Was in and out in 20 minutes.everyone was nice and efficient. Easy parking. A pleasent experience.

I was hoping for the best at this location despite the reviews, but was unfortunately disappointed.
I needed to attend this location because my preferred location (at the Walgreens in Glenolden) didn’t perform the specific test I needed. When I arrived, myself and one other person appeared to be getting the same test and the woman at the front desk told both of us we should have fasted, when in fact our doctors informed us it was non-fasting. I double checked to make sure my information was correct—it can be confusing and disconcerting when your doctor and the lab tell you two different things. Especially since fasting for this specific test often leads to nausea.

I also wanted to note the front desk receptionist was not friendly and did not appear willing to go out of her way to help people. I’m sure she runs into the same issues countless times a day, but that’s the job. You may be there all day, every day, but each patient is only there for a few minutes. I watched an older couple speaking with her because they were confused about where to get some radiology testing done that was in conjunction with their blood testing. The receptionist seemed impatient and did not slow down, speak up and patiently explain the situation to them and what they needed to do. She helped them, but I got the impression she doesn’t care much about patient care.

The phlebotomist herself was good! Friendly with me and gentle while taking blood, skilled at her job.

As someone who gets nervous for bloodwork, all 3 of the women working yesterday morning were great and made me feel really comfortable. The front desk staff were really welcoming and the phlebotomist was excellent at her job. Thank you!
