6Had to stand in line beyond my appointment time due to delays using the kiosk check in. Takes to long. Recommend getting rid of the kiosk and going to personal. One person brought multiple people and not enough seating forced to stand in waiting room.
Went on a Saturday morning and the ladies there were so nice and good with our daughter. She is 1 so that was especially a relief trying to get bloodwork. No wait basically when I went and they got us in and out. Thank you!
Had requested multiple times that due to fasting and known blood pressure conditions, I am feeling dizzy and if blood can be drawn quickly it would be helpful. But staff was not supportive & considerate. They made wait for over half an hour & only has to say this is busy time. Wasn’t great experience.
Love this lab Corp! Best service, quick in and out, clean facility, and Michelle was so nice when she took my blood and literally took it in under a minute! Thank you Michelle and Lab Corp of Newtown!
Michelle was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be back. It usually take 2-3 tries before they get a vein (no ones fault, just bad veins), Michelle hit it on the 1st try. It was definitely worth the trip to this office. I will be back.
Extremely clean, friendly & fast. Catherine had taken my blood & I didn't even know she started even though she asked if I was ready to begin. I'm a hard stick & I didn't feel a thing. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
