LabCorp, Wynnewood PA

3 weeks passed, they did not send my lab results to the doctor. Terrible experience i ever had.

Walked in around 11am, took me very quickly and got me on the first try. Very professional and kind, would recommend.

The Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. Lots of people who utilize this facility are experiencing health issues. To be spoken to in a belligerent condesending manner is totally unacceptable. She needs to be replaced.

This process was miserable! I was sent here to get blood work done. Their fax machine was down for at least two days. So they never received my script. Customer service was terrible the receptionist was on her cell phone talking about an “allergy attack” majority of the hour that I spent waiting and at one point walked away from the desk for at least 10 to 15 minutes while I stood there, totally unprofessional! Never will I ever come back to this facility

Teaira is amazing. She was kind, warm-hearted, and made me feel super comfortable. I cannot say enough about her.

Receptionist was rude and mean. They need to replace her. The woman who drew my blood never spoke a word to me the entire time. Just rude.

As a Type 1 Diabetic I have been to a lot of labs. I have to say, this was the best. Teaira answered the phone when I was late because I was lost. When I finally made it through the door, it turns out she was also my phlebotomist. The entire time she was a joyful human - which was absolutely unique in my experience. Plus, the place had plenty of parking, was clean/organized and I didn't have to wait long. If you have to give up those fluids, this is about as good as it gets.

Went and got my blood drawnon 1/11 and i told the lady i was a hard stick, she laugh and said she got this, she's a pro. As she stabed me i felt a electric shock up my left arm and told her too take it out, 6 days later my arm is still in pain. Called them two days later and they said it not uncommon for that to happen and should go away in a few day.

Unfortunately, I forgot nurse/staff name but she was excellent. She was nice, caring and gentle; however the place was understaffed.

My appointment was at 9: 15 am and I gave my blood samples about 9: 45 am. Labcorp needs to hire more people for this busy location.

The technicians here were horrible, neither one of them spoke before attempting to draw my blood; they both stuck me twice and neither one of them knew what they were doing. I will never go back there again!

This is the best location. The staff is friendly and super fast they have you in and out! I hate having blood drawn but these ladies are so smooth it hardly even hurts!

Excellent people. All 4 staff people present helped navigate a seemingly cumbersome computer system. Stick was almost painless and successful the first time. Obviously this is not a destination people want to visit frequently, but if you have to go, this is the place.

While I was in and out of here in 15 mins, the woman who drew my blood was very rude. She never said hello, she never looked at me. I told her I would need to recline because I sometimes faint. She just pointed to the bench and said lie down! And then she stabbed my arm so hard it still hurts 4 days later! I will not go back to this location. I wish I didn't have to go to LabCorp at all.

When I arrived at my appt time, I waited for close to 1/2 hr & when I asked how much longer it would be, I was told the system was down that morn & they didn't know when it would be coming up! When I asked why I wasn't told this, I was told that they were telling me now! The 2 idiots just couldn't think beyond their own computer issue to tell the patients waiting right in front of them. Non-thinkers.

Efficient-I was a walk in and got lucky that no one else was there, but was still impressed it took only 15 minutes for all paperwork processing and blood draw. Nearly painless draw too

Excellent and kind service! I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they were able to see me within fifteen minutes. I am extremely nervous about needles and the phlebotomist was kind and patient, I asked her if she would mind talking to me during the draw to keep me distracted and she was happy to help. She turned what is usually a terrifying experience for me into something quick, easy and painless. I highly recommend this location for their wonderful and patient staff.
