LabCorp, Philadelphia PA

Had a terrible experience here. During the pandemic, the place was dirty, the kiosks did not work, the receptionist was VERY RUDE, there was no hand sanitizer in the waiting room, and the nurse who drew blood was careless and my arm still has a bruise over a week later. I'll never go there again.

I've been going here over 5 years. The facilities are well kept and the technicians are always polite.

I've been here twice now and never have any issues. The lady who draws blood is extremely efficient and gentle. I was in and out in ten minutes.

Rude n extremely unprofessional. One lady repeatedly kept hollering out all my info and what testing i was getting smiling n trying her best to embarrass me but nobody paid attention to her.

I would not go to this location. Robyn didn't even look for a vein. She just poked me and said oh my coworker will try once and that's it. She's rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't let her stick a doll. Thankfully her co-worker was able to get it. Try another labcorp!

Terrible service and turnaround time. Quick to refer to another facility even after being told they're the closest available. Would not come back if for the locale accessibility

Had an issue with the check in tablet, but the staff behind the counter was extremely helpful especially since I’m here on vacation. I have no worries that they did all my testing right. I got there right at 7 when they opened, let one person go ahead of me and still was done within 15 minutes.

Awful. The waiting room was full and the line was not moving. The staff were nice but they need to get people going we dont have all day.

Disgusting~ how is this place a medical diagnostic facility, the floors and walls and everything were gross! The front desk woman was so miserable and rude, treated me with no respect, and i didn't even say a word.

I was in the area from out of town, and needed some stat blood work. I faxed my lab slip in and walked down to the clinic. The staff was very nice and professional, and the lady who drew my blood was painless. I arrived about 8am on a Tuesday morning, and was in and out in about 15mins.

They are very slow, i came last week and had to leave because of the wait, here again today only person and I'm still waiting in the lobby a half hour later. 8am

First, the positives: Macy was awesome. She was very professional. Three times I tried to get blood drawn at another facility and was unsuccessful. I'm what they call a "hard stick". At the other facility, I'd gotten stuck in both my arms and my hand without drawing blood. Macy did one stick and was done. It was very quick and mostly painless. That for me is enough to give 5 Stars. Macy aided in turning a stressful situation into a pleasant one.

The negatives: I was worried due to the poor ratings, but it is the closest location to my job. It is obvious they are short staffed, but I think they manage well with what they have. Also, I'm not sure if that is a facility issue or a corporate issue.

Overall, I would recommend this location. The staff is friendly and professional; they were accommodating to my needs. I'd also recommend going early, if possible. There was only one patient there when I arrived, but the waiting room quickly filled by the time I left.

Avoid this location. Made appointments here twice in 10 days and appointments don't mean anything. Wait times of 1.5 hours with or without according to other customers. Left both times because I couldn't afford to be away from work that long just for routine blood work.

These people are unprofessional and almost comically rude. Place was dirty. Appointments mean nothing, you get seen whenever they want.

I would travel MILES to another location to avoid this one.

I had a 10: 00 appointment, and showed up about 15 minutes early. They took my information, performed the lab work, and had me out by 10: 10. Very professional and no issues with the blood draw. 10/10 would go back in the future.

I had an appointment for 7: 15am I arrived at 7: 09am. When I arrived there were two people in the waiting area, one person didn't have an appointment the other indicated their appointment was for 9: 00am. Apparently having an appointment doesn't mean anything to the staff. They went down the sign in sheet in order. Also we sat there for 20 minutes before they started processing anyone's paperwork. I ended up walking out after 30 minutes of sitting there and not even getting paperwork done. Horrible place.

Didn't have to wait long, and the guy taking the blood draw was the most skilled I've enver experienced. Zero pain. I swear he's the vein whisperer.

Worst experience ever! People who work there clearly hate their job and made sure you knew it too. They also couldn't even type the correct address for my insurance so months later ended up getting a bill for the blood work. Save yourself and go to ANY other LabCorp.

My appointment was made for 10: 15. It is now 11: 15 and I am still waiting. Unpleasant experience filled with unpleasant workers.

I think the staff is extremely friendly. I have NEVER had to wait long. All of the staff goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I would and do recommend this site to all. Thank you.
