LabCorp, Philadelphia PA

Recently went to this Lab Corp location. I was a bit hesitant due to Covid but I was excited to find that this location had scheduled openings. When I entered into the office there were alot of people sitting in the waiting room. I ultimately left and did not attend my appointment. When I originally checked in at my scheduled time I was told to wait in the back. There were two lab technicians. One of the technicians was not wearing a mask while checking people in and asking them to remove their mask to identify who they were. While waiting there was no way to properly social distance and quite a few people did not have on mask. Overall it did not seem like a safe situation and I went back to my car. I would not recommend going to this location if you have an underlying condition. Based on my observations they are not using protocols to ensure the safety of patients.

It was a pleasant experience. The nurses were extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They were gentle when taking my blood and just extremely nice! Thank you Lab Corp staff.

Very fast and good service. The phlebotomists was awesome! I took my 6months old to have a blood draw and he didn’t even flinch. She was very skilled. Thank you

The front desk is just rude, bad customer service!
African American lady is also rude, she draws blood inside.they're #UNPROFESSIONAL employees.

They should be retrained.

Just ignorant disrespectful nurses.front desk lady thinks she can talk to anyone anyway.they are fast and maybe because no one wants to go there.kindness is free!

The front desk staff were unbelievably rude and disrespectful to an asin man who was trying to work the sign in machine. The man clearly did not speak English well and the woman at the front desk continued to yell at him. It was till a man (who didn’t work there) came up to help him. Even then behind the desk the woman was talking about the asin man behind his back to the other staff and contenued to laugh at him when he was near.

They are fast in service but the ladies are very ignorant and rude to patients.they mock you if you don’t know how to use the kiosk.instead of helping with a smile. I will go to another lab for service.rude nurses.

As soon as I checked in, I was seen. The ladies were very nice and patient with my skirmish 7 year old who is terrified of needles! If I ever need blood work again, this will be first choice!

Just went today to take my father in law, they treat him and my self very nice. We didn't wait at all. Very nice people and very fast.

I came to this location 15min before they closed and the denied me before they even said hello or welcome! I have never been to a business that was run by such rude, disrespectful, and ghetto employees! Instead of explaining to me why they couldn't take my blood work and offereing to schedule an appointment they just flat out told me to leave and "uh uh we can't do that now! " I've never been treated in such a rude and disrespectful way! Just no class or respect, just pure uneducated and disrespectful employees at this location.

Clean. I was the only one waiting and I didn't have to wait long. Quickly taken back, registered and had my blood work done. In and out in 20 mins. I'm going back this week for blood work again.
