LabCorp, Bala Cynwyd PA

I had a wonderful experience at this LabCorp location because of Ann. She was very kind, efficient, fast, humorous, professional and an all-around pleasure to meet. I almost didn't want to leave and just hang out with her for the day, lol. My last experience was absolutely horrible at the Wynnewood location which is why I came to Bala Cynwyd. From now on, I will only visit the Bala Cynwyd site as long as Ann is there. She is outstanding! Give that lady a raise!

The new.site coordinator Ms. Tiara was exceptional & very accomodating. It was time to close & despite closing, she put the need of the patient before hers. Im very impressed & very pleased. I highly recommend this place. She is the new change from the old group & i urge everybody's to pkease support. Please say hi to Ms. Tisra when you see her

Such a wonderful and professional staff! Then office was clean and check in was very easy. I have a fear of needles and they were so kind and made the process a breeze.

Always had a great experience, I wish I could call one of these techs when I have a hospital visit. Good, quick, not that painful with them.

I have gone here twice now. With and without a scheduled appointment. Never had any problems. I was in and out within 15 mins.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for routine bloodwork and the phlebotomist must have ruptured my vein because I developed a hematoma that spread halfway up, down, and around my arm. Pain along my bicep and entire forearm. Never had a reaction like that from bloodwork in my life. To top it off, they didn’t even run one of the tests that my doctor ordered, so now I have to go get more bloodwork. I’ll be going to a different location.

As a patient and as a provider this is the worst lab I have EVER been to. Everyone was extremely rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go here. I will drive the extra 30 min to receive decent care and be treated with respect.

My visit at Lab Corp was good, my wait was about 20 minutes after signing in.my experience was all right.

It took us one hour and 30 minutes to get my wife’s lab work done. The staff here is so slow, we waited for 45 minutes to just get called inside and another half hour after that. Such a terrible experience.

I have always had great success with this office and I have only had to wait maybe and half hour for labs

This place has one of the rudest staffs I've had to deal with a Drs office. Go to a different lab if possible. Also the most simple drop off etc.takes forever.

My 2nd time here. I am pregnant and have received rude service each time. They are very unprofessional. I have been grunted at because I was getting a glucose test done as if I was bothering them for requesting them to complete my lab work. I do not suggest anyone goes to this location.

This location is understaffed. Every single time I'm there, the waiting room is full and I've waited over an hour and the 2 staff there always say the same thing - "We only have 2 people day, we're so sorry. " They say that all the time, which means LabCorp won't hire more people. An appointment won't help, either. Even with an appointment, you will still wait for close to an hour.

This place is so unorganized and stubborn, I was the only person in there and the lady at the desk kept me sitting there for 2 hours. I would go somewhere else if I were you

Their system was down but they didn't make a courtesy call to let me know not to come in. Inconsiderate.

Incredibly rude receptionist. I arrived for the noon appointment I made online. She said someone else had a noon appointment, and it was impossible for two people to have the same appointment time. She yelled across the waiting room to another patient to ask her if she had a noon appointment. This patient says yes.

I ask her to check her system. I'm not in the system. So apparently LabCorp's online scheduler makes mistakes. The receptionist tells me there's nothing she can do for me. I have to sit and wait, but every person with an appointment will get priority over me.

I ask her how long it might take because I'm there on my lunch hour. She tells me she has no idea. I ask if it could take 30 minutes, 60,90? Because I have to get back to work. She says she can't tell me. I walked out. Never again.

There are only three words that can describe the staff at this location, Rude, Ignorant, and Rude.

I never had a problem with this office. The attitude and professionalism of the employees has always been excellent.
