Lake Arthur Family Campground reviews
10Great quiet campground. Affordable rates and nice people there. We’re definitely happy to have found this campground
Beautiful campground with friendly people. We loved the cute cabin! Movie night was a good time but our favorite part was when the ice cream truck came around in the evenings. We will definitely come back again!
Its an amazing place, had been visiting for years and years until the owners started being excessively rude. Will not ever return.
We love it we had a permanent site there for 2 years and we had the times of our lives and it was great
This was our Madden voyage with our 2011 Flagstaff Micro-lite. We wanted to stay close to home, yet get it out to make sure what we were doing. A shakedown of sorts! This campground fit the purpose perfectly. By the looks of it, they have have mostly permanent sites that are almost all back under the tree cover and look really nice. They do have a few short term spaces that are almost in full sun, but they do provide a fire ring, picnic table and water and electric hookup, with a dump station a short drive. Very helpful and friendly owners. We'll be back when we want to get away, but we don't want to drive an hour away too do it.
Seasonals have shaded sites around the outside of campground. Weekenders are set up in a open field in full sun.
At the campground I want to pick up a trailer with my brother very quiet but with the corona going on you never know it might be better
Grew up coming here. Recently started coming back when my parents started coming back. I want my own camp site now. Just wish it was ran the way it was when I was a kid and Andy owned it
I have know Jerry and his wife Nancy for years! Always very hospitable and helpful! This is my go to campground in the area! Keep up the good work!
Went last year for bantam jeep festival and had an amazing time. They are away from all the hustle and bustle but still close to the festivities and the owners are so kind, amazing, serving breakfast for free on our weekend there. There are activities for campers. Loved it
