A job that was supposed to only take 2-3 weeks took 2 and a half months to complete. Nobody likes to answer the phone or call you back. I’m very disappointed

I needed 2 new batteries I didn't have an appointment but they were able to work me in rather quickly

I am leaving this review again because they keep removing it. I purchased a used car and within a month the engine went and they were going to offer me less than 10% of what I paid for it to trade the now undeliverable vehicle. The service department is a joke, friends and family have purchased vehicles and within weeks had huge repair bills or things that didn't "get caught" I went and bought a brand new car in state college and had to come back to get my things and they said if they knew I was interested in a new carvthey could have done better on the trade. Now my father and brother have had their vehicles in their for repairs and have had to take them back numerous times for the same issues or new issues along with the original issue. Take the trip to State College or Lewisburg.

Mike Kramer is the best salesman he goes above and beyond to help find me a vehicle to my liking.

I ordered a new truck through email. They kept me updated on the manufacturing process. When it came in they had everything ready to go and made the buying process quick and easy. Although I had a good sales experience the service since has been lacking.

I am a returning customer and just had an oil change Monday April 10th. I noticed oil dripping Thursday 13th. I had a mechanic look at it at work and he discovered the dip stick was not completely engaged. I have pictures of the oil all over the inside of hood, engine, and the dip stick. I am very disappointed in service that I was provided.

As soon as I got back in my truck, I noticed my seat was moved, I have the back almost straight due to my back condition.

Secondly, as I was looking over receipt they never updated the plate information on our account at the dealership.

Misfire on my truck. Çylinder two and four. They gapped the two spark plugs and checked my coil packs. Did not check cylinder 6 which is in the same side let alone the rest of the plugs to make sure they were all correct or good. So now I will be replacing the plugs myself in a shorter amount of time I got billed for. Never heard of gapping two plugs and not checking or changing the rest. Then saying u will be do for plugs soon. Hello. Should have just changed them. I've worked on cars for years and never seen that before. Just tried to call that number says adt
