My name is Jim Klinvex and this review is truly long overdue.
My wife and I have purchased/ leased several cars/ trucks over the years from Lake View Ford and it’s always been a great experience. In May of 2021 we decided to purchase a used car, a 2014 Jaguar XF with just 50,000 miles. The car was sharp, breathtaking but it had an anti- freeze odor which was checked and we were told an issue was not found. We went ahead and purchased the Jag as we had a lifetime powertrain warranty and felt assured that 1) if there was an issue, likely it would fall under the warranty, and 2) if it did or did not fall under the warranty, that Lakeview would stand by their level of service and provide an excellent customer experience.
Not to bore everyone with the fine details but the Jag ended up having some leaks snd needed a water pump as well as rear heating manifold. Lo and behold, the push button starter failed as well. Well due to “supply chain issues”, push button starter was on back order from the UK for several months and we did not have the use of the car!

With the help of Dean Honda in Pleasant Hills and Andrew Sherman at Lake View Ford, our concerns were alleviated immediately! Not only did Andrew provide a brand new vehicle for us as a loaner for a few months but they delivered it to our home- 100 miles away! And, Andrew recognized the anti- freeze issue was there at inception and promptly handled everything for my wife and I, with no expense on my end. In today’s world with chip shortages and auto shortages etc, Andrew could have chosen to sell our loaner but choose to let us use it. Thank You Sir!

Very pleased with their service when I was in for my state inspection. They explained repairs to me and even provided me with a ride home and back— as it was going to take longer than I had expected.

Great dealer and staff. I am big Ford person. Most cars are Ford and after dealing with other dealer (Mccandless) in town I almost changed to Toyota. Other dealer in meadville has lost lots of business but only after the other dealer sales manager tried to change paperwork and stick my son on day of purchase we went to lakeview. Management and staff are amazing. Dealership is clean and organized. Helpful. They give it to you straight and deliver. Outstanding lifetime benefits of buying there that other dealer in meadville eliminated. These guys got my business going forward. Trust and value.

They told me the vehicle I bought, and all cars in my household, got free oil changes. That was a lie. I wouldn't trust them. Who knows what else they will lie about to sell their cars.

Even with an active bankruptcy Ben was able to get me a good deal on a great vehicle. I would absolutely recommend car shopping here.

Taking my truck to lake view was a huge mistake.this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They had my truck 6 days after my scheduled appointment before I even was told what was wrong with my vehicle and I had to call repeatedly to even find out and after day seven they did absolutely nothing to my truck and charged me 189.00! Total rip off and I was forced to give one star just to post this review

Words THAT come to mind Great service, Great selections, Great service they kept me informed of all the paperwork the services they really are a Great Dealership! I would recommend this car dealership to ALL who would ask me about a GREAT NEW OR USED car they really do mean it when they have their "we aim to make you happy!
Don't believe me, go there and find out for yourself!

Just bought our second car here. Both times we went through Jesse! He is a pleasure to work with. Always gives us options and breakdowns so we can make an informed decision. Highly recommend. We even brought our two year old son with us to the dealership and the staff was wonderful with him, they even entertained him when we did paperwork and sent him home with some prizes!

I am not putting a one star for the bad sales but I am a little disappointed in lake veiw fords service team my car has been in the shop more than I have it I keep on having problems with it and I can will be using lemon law tommrow morning due to the fact that it's over heated they said the timing belt went out when I was told everything was fixed I am very disappointed in them my antifreeze is leaking again this should not be happening to my car

Lakeview Ford really worked with me. I never felt like I was being pushed into a car and I got a car I really like and it's a nice quality car!

I'm really not please with the service I received. My appointment was at 9: 30am and did not get my car back until after 3: 00pm. The service personnel were not very professional.

I never have an issue when I bring my car here - the service is great and I appreciate the timely communication with staff!
