Laketon TV and Tom saved the day. We'd been waiting for a big box bought fridge with mistake and after mistake on their part when a repairman suggested Laketon. 3 days later we had the same fridge for less money in the house and cooling the food! Thanks Tom! Great service, price and delivery!

Worst customer service ever. Kept my TV a week longer than estimated then said not only could it not be fixed that they would dispose of it. Made multiple calls to pick up my TV and could not get a call back. I went into the store and was told my TV was shipped to a warehouse and I would be contacted when I could pick it up. A week later no call. When I finally talked to the same person he asked about a claim ticket from almost a month ago. What company still operates with paper claim tickets when they keep your tv for over a month, tell me it can be fixed, then attempt to keep the tv after I was charged a non refundable $100 a easy fix that couldn't be fixed and wasn't worth repairing.
Scam scam scam. Make sure you keep your paper ticket.

Our microwave suddenly stopped heating after only owning it for just under 2 years. Called Laketon to see if they had a microwave in stock that was the color & size we needed but a better brand & they did! Went to pick it up the next day, we dealt with the owner. He was very helpful & personable.

Definitely a 5 out 5. I highly recommend Laketon for appliances. They definitely came to my rescue today! They just don’t know how much I really appreciated their amazing service! Not only was I in need of a stove today, but they also delivered today. About two hours after purchasing my new stove, they had it set up and ready to go, on the hottest day of the year! Thank you so much to the owner Tom and the delivery guy, Tony (I didn’t get the driver’s name). All great guys!

This place treated my elderly mother horribly. She’s retired and on a fixed income and not only did they make her pay an install fee that they said was going to be free, but also refused to honor their ad for $200 gift card. She’s in the process of reporting them to the BBB for fraudulent business practices.

Paid $100 to get TV fixed waited over four weeks to tell me I needed another part which would cost $250 more. I said keep it.then my dad dropped his TV off and experienced the same exact scenario but agreed to the $250 only to wait another 4 weeks to be told that he needed a back light which would amount to more than the extra $250. Sounds like BS to me. Don’t waist your money or time, just buy another TV.

Best local TV/appliance center in Penn Hills. Tom is wonderful, cares about his customers, and the installation by Don is always done efficiently and on time. Awesome prices and fantastic service. Have been a repeat customers for many years.

Here is the story of a consumer who trusted the business she bought from. NEGATIVE. After 14 months the dishwasher broke. Was told someone would come to my house between 5: 00-8: 00 today, October 26th. Guess what.no one called or showed up. STAY away from LAKEON TELEVISION AND APPLIANCE. YOU WILL GET BURNED.
