Lakeview Park Apartments

If I was able to give zero stars I would. These apartments are FAR from luxury. The maintenance staff as well as property management on site and at their main office are rude, condescending and have no idea what customer service is. Not to mention, they do any and everything to make sure you don’t get your security deposit back so you might as well not bother cleaning or replacing anything. And if you do choose to live here make sure to document ANY scratches, discoloration of vinyl, chipped paint, etc.

The apartment looks good with location. But the other side stories are worst. Management staffs are very rude and they won't listen when you leave. Also you won't get any security deposit.

Sure the place seems great when you are looking to live there but as soon as you move in all bets are off. Maintenance is a joke as it takes 3 phone calls to fix the same issue and forget trying to move out. They force you to get every square inch of the apartment PROFESSIONALLY steam cleaned. Then during the month they have to respond to your move out request, they review your apartment for cleanliness. If they still do not like the condition of your place they can charge for any little thing, or rip out the carpet if they deem fit and do NOT tell you until it is too late. So you can kiss your deposit = 1 month rent good bye. If I would have known this going in I would have NEVER signed this lease.
