I just recently moved to PA. I brought along my trust. I met with Carlo to discuss the trust laws and what needed to be done to transfer my trust to PA law. We discussed my wishes and he sent me the drafts to proofread. Of course, I had to change my wishes, again. He was gracious and professional and updated my new documents. I really like Carlo. He is very personable and answered all of my questions. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing to have their estate planning done.

I reached out to the Office of LaMonica to add my wife to the deed of the house. His office was very quick to respond back and set up an appointment for a consultation. Kahara was pleasant to speak to and sent out a friendly email reminder with directions included to the office. My meeting with Carlo was a great experience. He took to time to get to know me which I appreciated. I didn't feel rushed, and it gave me time to get to know him as well. Carlo seems like a genuinely nice man who is also very knowledgeable. Positive- Receptionist was very nice and responded quickly informing me that she spoke to the lawyer and he wasn't taking any more cases involving my type of issue.

Negative- Normally they can atleast refer you to another lawyer, but the answer that I got was he had no referal for me and that I should just continue to call around.

It was a pleasure working with Carlo and staff. He was very knowledgable and was able to create our will and address our concerns. The process was quick and efficient. Carlo provided a comfort level that I have not seen with our attorneys. The price was fair and we like the ability to have changes within the will where we will not get nickel and dimed. Highly recommend using Carlo.
