Great, just great. I was able to stop over in Lancaster for two days as part of a business trip. As a German, it's really something special to visit such a store. We have archery but bowhunting is prohibited and therefore there is no market for it.
Vinny was just great, he really took all the time and answered all my questions, showed me everything and gave me bows to shoot.all that which is unfortunately not possible in our country. I gained a lot of knowledge and will come back if I can.

Probably one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever gone through. I’m super new to archery and Dallas (store associate) was not only super patient but very kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and gave me pointers along the way. The prices were also great and not inflated. Great services and an ultra clean establishment.

Been to LAS pro ship twice in the past week. Everyone is very nice in the store. Not sure if I am spelling his name right or not but Dillon spent an hour looking my bow over and tuning my new arrows to the bow. He had to shim my cams witch made a perfect bullet hole in paper
Thank you! This store has everything you could want for archery and hunting. This place is an hour and a half from where I live but I will continue to use them witch says a lot cause it's not around the corner. Their customer service is second to none for online orders also.

Gage was incredibly helpful. Gave me all the information I needed to pick the right bow. If you are thinking about making the trip, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Spent about $630 on a Bear Super Kodiak last summer online. I bought it for my wife because she is getting into shooting recurve. We have used it for light target practice. It has not been used very often and is only 35lbs. Last time we used it I noticed that it is cracking right down the center. I emailed for a refund but they are trying to say there is nothing they can do. This company seems to stand behind the products they sell one hundred percent and tell how reliable everything is but then you spend your hard earned money on something that should last forever and it breaks after light usage. Go figure, a company that tells you how amazing the products they sell are then tell you there's nothing they can do after it breaks. Your much better off going to your local archery shop.

I’m so grateful that I live within driving distance of LAS. Online service and delivery is great but nothing beats the service, friendliness, and expert advice you get by going to LAS in person. I’ve driven there from the DC area 4 times over the past 2 years for various reasons and have always been sad when it was time to go.

John (BAM) has set up 2 Olympic recurves for me (most recently a Hoyt XD/Axia combo) over the past 2 years and they both were perfectly aligned and tuned to my arrows. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks to Dallas too for his help as well.

P. S. Thank you for the Veteran Parking spot near the door. It always boosts my opinion of an establishment than honors our service.

So friendly and helpful - I called with a question about my recurve and they led me in the right direction to switch the limbs on my recurve to a nicer set and I now have the perfect fit for the best shot. Thank you guys so much! Always helpful no matter what the question. Great service at a great price.

Some good points, some bad points:

The good: Great selection, fair prices and generally knowledgeable staff. I got some arrows cut at a good price.

The bad: I knew the componentry for my arrows had been updated by Easton since I had last purchased components, so I asked to see the new stuff to see if I could match my old components in terms of arrow length. The staff member brought me one pack of points to look at (I had also asked for pin inserts, which he didn't bring out), which looked reasonably close to the ones I had in my arrows.

I passed on them, and I am glad I did.with further research when I got home, they were the wrong points for my arrows. Now, I'm sure they'd have made right if I had got home and found they were not a good fit, but the knowledge is obviously lacking in some areas.

I ordered a dozen arrows and a bitzenburger from the website. When the delivery arrived, only the arrows were in the box. The packing list said the bitz was included. I called customer service and they said they’d send me one right out. For some reason it was sent USPS instead of UPS like usual so it took twice as long to arrive.
I open the package and notice the left helical clamp is missing the metal plate that makes it stick to the jig magnet.
So I call customer service again and get Lynelle, or Lynette, and she was terrible! She told me that the clamps don’t come with magnets anymore. (Yes, the helicals do) After some back and forth she goes to warehouse and says she tried five different clamps and they all work… And I’m sure they all had the metal plates! She was terribly frustrating to work with.
I get off the phone with her and call Bitzenburger, who confirmed that I was indeed missing the metal plate. Called LAS back and got Julie K. She was awesome. She listened and actually gave me her email so that I could send her a picture of my clamp unlike Lynette/ Lynelle who said to send it to the generic email and “someone” would get it.
I’ve had so many good interactions both in the pro shop and through the website but this purchase was aggravating!

Excellent online service. Lancaster ships fast and communicates professionally. They carry hard-to-find prices and offer great prices.

Spent over an hour driving out there to wait for help for an hour and a half. Finally stepped out to grab something to eat and of course was called to be served. Asked for 15 minutes and was told I would need to wait another hour or even risk not being helped that day. Arrived at 11am and left with nothing. Complete waste of time. Made the trip because I am trying to learn and have no idea what I need and left wanting to not even continue with the sport.

My one son decided he wanted to learn archery so we chose Lancaster Archery Supply! It was the best decision ever! We bought him a brand new compound bow and the employee that was assisting us was Tony & Chad. Tony was hands down the best person we could live asked for! He was great with our son and even gave us some knowledge. He also gave us his cell phone number to call if we ever have any questions. I highly recommend LAS for their classes and purchasing bows or other hunting needs!

Great selection, even better service. Had an awesome experience with Rabbi who helped me with my first bow. They definitely lived up to the hype. Not sure you're going to find a place with more knowledge and experience. Thanks again LAS.

Archery lesson was a Fun activity to do with my teenage son. Instructors were great. We would definitely recommend.
