Thrilled to have been able to experience this incredible balloon ride! We had great weather and the crew knew their stuff! Smooth ride. Disappointed that our 1 hour ride was maybe 40 minutes by the time we finally got to the launch site and got up in the air. Also missed out on the champagne toast. Apparently part of the group was able to enjoy it.

So I booked the flight and drove from Virginia all the way to Pennsylvania but never received the service as it was canceled due to weather conditions. However, the staffs were too rude and impolite to even bother to apologize for not letting us know that we will not have the flight that morning. I was told to send them an email asking a full refund which I did, again my refund is still not processed after a complete one and half week now. I called a couple times but they hanged up on me. Worst experience ever!

We highly recommend flying with Jake and his team at Lancaster Balloon Rides. Our flight went as scheduled on the first date chosen. Details listed on the website were accurate and we had a beautiful ride!

Worst management and worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BOOK A RIDE! They will steal your money and never answer your emails/ phone calls. I’m in the process of getting legal help. If the weather is perfect they will still cancel your ride.

Wonderful experience! We really enjoyed our ride. Wish it could have been just a tad bit longer, but when the sun sets, it's time to land. We recommend taking a balloon ride with Lancaster Balloon Rides!

The ride was absolutely amazing. Our Pilot Jake had total control of the balloon. It ranged from 10ft.above a corn field to 1700ish ft.above ground. Amy and I loved everything from the flight to packing up the balloon. Thank you Jake and crew for this ride of a life time.

I'm still on cloud nine from the whole experience and not sure when I'll be coming back down to Earth! The whole flight was purely magical. One of my favorites memories is of all the people, cars, and families that would stop and come out to see us flying above. It was such a joy to share in their wonder and excitement, even from above! Ballooning is an unforgettable experience that brings people together, both on the grown, and in the air!
