Pat was wonderful to work with. Showed up on time, did a great job, and charged a very fair price. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Also followed up with me the next day to confirm I was happy with the job.

I recently had Patrick/Lancaster Carpet Cleaning come in to complete carpet cleaning on my entire office, which included multiple cubicle occupied areas, conference rooms, common spaces, etc. We planned on the work taking multiple days, and Patrick and his team worked diligently to complete the entire space within that timeframe. The quality was top notch, as he was able to remove stains that had been present since early days of the pandemic (2 years ago). The team was professional throughout the process and really emphasized to me that if I was not happy, they would come back. This was evident in the additional treatment they completed on areas that were done prior that did not meet their expectations. I would recommend Patrick and his team to any project, big or small!

Used Lancaster Carpet Cleaning several years ago when they cleaned the carpet in our townhouse so I was hopeful they would do a good job cleaning the carpet in our newer house. LCC was supposed to come 7/6/22, rescheduled for 7/7/22. Didn't arrive at his scheduled time and when I finally called to find out, he first told me he forgot & could offer a free service for Saturday or Sunday. When I pressed him to come as scheduled, he told me to find someone else and hung up on me. If he no longer services our area, he should never have taken the appointment.

Absolutely amazing service and got a job done better than I thought possible! Very integral and easy to work with. I had a problem on my end with not that have area ready, they did not charge me extra and worked with me so they could do the best job they could professional. Would 10/10 use them again! Reasonable, honest, and quality work!

Patrick was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We used his company to clean our company office. He was willing to work with our schedule, communicated thoroughly about everything the entire time, and did a beautiful job on our floors. They look brand new! And the price was the best in the area that we found! We will definitely be looking to Pat again the next time we need our carpets cleaned!

Amazing service. We hired him because we are selling our home and we had a lot of stains. Our carpets looks beautiful and my dog threw up on the rug a few days before settlement. He came to treat it and it looks much better, but he didn’t even charge us for that because he was unable to entirely get the stain out (no fault of his own- do not use carpet cleaner before talking to a professional first to find out if it is a good option. Lesson learned). I’d give more stars if I could. Our carpet looked brand new.

Pat did a great job on the carpets in our rental when we moved out. There were a lot of dingy, stained spots on the lighter living room carpet and he was able to get them looking great again! He was super friendly and helpful!

Pat was very nice and the cleaning was reasonably priced. Carpets look great! We were away on vacation when he cleaned them and he let me know when he got there, when he was done and also sent me pictures of the carpets. He really did a great job! I will definitely be calling him again for our next cleaning.

My daughter spilled nail polish on my moms carpet. I called so many companies that said they couldn’t come until two weeks later because they didn’t have availability, but by the time that they could schedule us the stain would kind of be hopeless. I called Pat at 4: 00 pm and he had someone at my moms house by 6: 00 pm That night. He was 100% honest with us that nail polish is a tough stain, so he could not guarantee that the stain would come out completely, but he could certainly try (and for a very fair price, I might add). He fit us into his schedule AND the carpet looks amazing! Will definitely use him again!

I called Patrick on a whim after finding him on the internet. He was very flexible with my complicated schedule. He is full of knowledge and thoroughly knows what he’s doing! He was able to get 2 year old urine and watercolor paint out of my carpet! He saved me having to replace the entire room! Pat was very responsive and answered all of my questions. He worked diligently, efficiently, and explained the process prior to starting the job so I knew what to expect throughout the cleaning. Our area rugs and carpets feel like new after the cleaning and we are very happy with the results.
