Lancaster County Assistance Office reviews
4White lady at the front desk is mad weird she don’t even say nothing to help she just stares like what is even your job title here? To stare n not even help.
I found myself having to use this service. I received nothing but professional, conscientious care. The assistance was greater than anticipated as I never had to do this before. The moment I arrived today, a younger security guard showed me a parking space. He was very personable as well. I watched him inside disinfect phones and counters. You can tell he takes pride in his work. The woman behind window 3 was caring, patient, and beyond helpful. Like, she is amazing at what position she holds. Victor greeted me with a welcoming attitude. Evie (spelling?) was fantastic as well. Every single employee I dealt with, you could tell holds a thankless and stressful job. They were all far exceeding my expectations.
The lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful and was being very rude and disrespectful. I didn’t appreciate her tone. I came in with an insurance concern and questions only to be talked to disrespectfully and then just handed an envelope and blank paper just to rewrite a typed document I had already printed because it would be to dark to scan? Not sure what kind of scanner can’t scan a clear printed document. After filling it out and waiting just to ask where to place it she ignored me for about five minutes, talking to others behind me, and then told me to go to the back of the line for no reason. I truly don’t appreciate being treated and belittled like that.
I called on the behalf of my father who can not speak English very well and the man assisting us had a very nasty, discourtious tone. If I could give 0 stars to them I would, but can not unfortunately.
