They don't have the dentist I originally paid for, and want me to start over at a different dentist and pay for a conceltation all over. Paid for all kinds of xrays and for a backup crown they will act like they dont have. They are greed make sure your lawyer looks over your paperwork at this place

This by far the worst dentist ever! I got my root canal started and my insurance approved the rest of the procedure and they never finished it now I have a big hole on my tooth and I bleed a lot and I can never get a hold of the office I always have to go threw some customer service agency that they can't even do nothing for me all they do is tell me they gonna send them an email to call me back and it's been 5 months later I even showed up at the office and they where close I'm planning on suing them cause they are the worst even the best dentist office in Lancaster employee told me all there patients come from them to there office cause it's that bad this place needs to be shut down immediately they just ruin people teeth and not finish the procedure what a shame of them

4/10/23: This place is unresponsive. Called multiple times to get a breakdown of my stepdaughters bill so we can make a payment and still no call back. They also have a call center answering the phone so don’t expect to ever get ahold of someone who actually works at the office. Save yourself the headache and go to another place.

Update 5: 20pm: Reached out to the email and gave my information two hours ago…. Still no response. My step-daughter had her surgery in February, two months later still no breakdown of the bill. Not sure how we are expected to pay when we don’t know what we are paying for.

4/12/23: still have not received a call from the office or been sent a bill of what we owe. Don’t waste your time emailing the marketing email because they do not respond. I even sent a follow up email about my request.

About 7 years ago they provided me with good service. In 2022 I visited them for an emergency, I needed a filling, I didn't have insurance and I still paid for the consultation and the exam. The doctor said I needed a crown. He charged me $2,785 for a crown and didn't offer me any credit. Since I couldn't pay that exorbitant price, I asked them to just do the fillings and cleaning. They didn't want to help me with any of that. Now I have excellent insurance and I called them for support. BUT FOR ME THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT. I called 5 times, they answered that it was the wrong number and when they finally answered this call they said they had no support for emergencies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH. By now the friendly people who worked here have no doubt gone somewhere else. We are only cheap merchandise for them

The dentists/orthodontists here are so disrespectful and waste my time! Never leave a review on anything but I’m really mad. I have orthodontists for both braces and my wisdom teeth but THEY KEEP RESCHEDULING ALL OF THEM- 3 TIMES for ALL DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY SAID THE ORTHODONTIST/DENTIST WON’T COME. I wait for months just to check the wisdom teeth hurting me. Arrived at the place and the staffs gave me no calls to inform me the consultation was canceled
How do the dentists/orthodontists learn that much but not learn how to respect the patients time? SAVE TIME (UP TO MONTHS) and DON’T COME HERE!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I had an appointment scheduled about 7 different times because they keep canceling them with excuses. The day before my appointment they call and cancel saying they no longer take my insurance. After months and months of waiting it’s ridiculous. Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone.

Dr. Anil Shah is great with my son who is non-verbal Autistic. He explained everything to me and then to my 4 year old so he felt like he was part of the process. He takes the time to make sure my son his comfortable with the next step before he does it.

Was there for my child to get a crown. We traveled almost 2hrs. We get to the office and they tell me we don't have a appointment. I told them I made it last time I was here. I also told them you had computer problems the last time I was here.after fitting I won and my child got his fill and crown.

Staffing in general is awesome! They are great with the kids! The outfront staff Maribel and Jackie are very pleasant and greet you professionally!

Over all a great experience!

I've never had a child that was excited to go to the dentist and I feel it's because of the positive atmosphere!

Update: mad a second appointment and told them abou the cut in my friend mouth had us reschedule to come in 2 weeks later only for us to show up wait 2 hours to be seen and the told us again that they can't see us after the 2 hour wait. Friend Had a appointment set for 10 waited for 2 hours for my friend to go in the back and they require me to sit in the waiting room for no reason. What's the point of making an appointment for the dentist to miss it. This place is terrible and the staff don't hepl.

I came in twice to get cavities filled went great, been waiting to get the last ones filled and my appointment has been rescheduled 3 times. I'm pretty frustrated, everytime they reschedule me I have to wait a whole month.
