Lancaster Harley-Davidson, Willow Street PA

Great place like they told me my 1st time I stopped by " Come early stay late" now this is a place to bring your bike. Russ H.

Good plane but we had to ask where motorclothes were located and they're in a back building. Should have been signed indicating such. Another couple had to ask too.

Got a nice pair of Harley sneakers. The young lady was very knowledgeable. Suggested we stay for lunch, it also has a restaurant.

First bike and the team and Rachel made it an awesome experience. Will definitely go there for all service and the next bike.

Absolutely terrible experience at Lancaster/Hannums Harley. I came in 3 hours before close with a bike in mind, ready to trade in my bike and buy a new one, I knew exactly what I wanted. It took over 35 mins for the sales staff to come talk to me (after someone from service finally asked if I was being helped because we were literally the only two customers in the show room) and when they did they didn’t acknowledge my wife who was with me, ignored her entirely. Didn’t give me any info on the bike or any type of recommendation and then spent over an hour (I’m not kidding) getting an “appraisal” my trade in before ushering me out the door saying we wouldn’t have time to do anything today anyway, it felt like they were just trying to run out the clock. I had title and cash in hand ready to ride away on a new bike and they couldn’t have cared any less. So out of spite the next day I went to Classic and bought an even nicer bike. Lancaster did call to follow up 4 days after I had already bought a bike elsewhere when they said they’d call the next morning so I guess one star for follow. I’ll NEVER spend a dime at Lancaster Harley-Davidson.

We always visit the local HD when we go on vacation and we went to get our HD gear here. We were greeted right away and even though we got there literally right before they closed, the ladies were gracious and told us to take our time. Loved these ladies super friendly. They also had some ladies plus size tops so that was great. The other neat part about this HD is not only do they sell and service bikes but also they had their own little cafe right there on site with picnic tables to relax after your ride.
