Lancaster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center reviews
14This place is a trash. My mother in law was there for physical therapy, something that she never get. She die waiting that physical therapy and she want to get back home, but she never return back. Now she's 8 feet underground in PR because the ineptitude of the people that supposed have to help her. I hope one day this place get close and no other person suffer what my mother in law suffered in this place.
Admissions department made me feel very comfortable and answered all my concerns during his admission and after. My father’s nurse was also friendly and answered my concerns about his medications and his room was very clean!
Former employee: it has the worst management and it’s crawling with roaches. I recommend you all not to work here and Do not bring your love ones here if there already there move them. This place is unsafe.
I visited Glenn Garber, Joanne Jenkins, and Maria Riley. I chatted with Glenn and gave him an update on the goings-on at church, I updated Joanne about The V Connection and different things, and I helped Maria with some of her supper. She drank the broth from her soup, drank her orange juice, 1/2 of her tea, and she tasted the cheese cake and decided she didn't want it. She said no to the other items.
My hope is to visit these people Friday afternoons as much as I am able. I am friends with all of them.
We have never been so happy with my mother’s care. Shakena (2nd floor head nurse?) has been amazing with coaching the aids and other nurses for my mother’s care. My mother has always been hesitant to go to a nursing facility and all she can say is, “I love it here! ” —-Pavalone family
Absolutely worst place to put any person. They never serve hot edible food, and they can't heat up food on the unit. Physical therapy rushes bed ridden people until they almost fall. And if you bring food in for someone, expect someone to throw it out or eat it even if you put the name of the person you got it for. They should just be taken out of business and can't even make sure residents get medicine in a timely manner.
My sister in law was supposed to have PT, Physical Therapy and OT.
Her husband was there at 9 am and nothing was done. Therapy is critical for her to get better.
I came in with a question about my ostomy supply’s. Question answered and I got to see the nurse I had when I was a patient.
Mr Tim was a great and nice person hopefully I will like to work at this company and retire there
After reading the history of this nursing home and Rehab, I expected to see and experience neglect, BUT I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and helpful and knowledgeable personnel.
I have medical issues with what food I can eat due to diabetes and falling kidneys. They give me many foods I'm unable to consume and the staff have a call button by each bed. It takes them hours to respond. Though honestly 2 staff members seem to care at all so far.
Went to visit my mom. The staff are always very friendly and the facility is clean. My mom suffers from dementia. She is very happy here and well taken care of. She has friends now that she can talk to.
I have both parents at the nursing facilities and both have the same care any questions always have the answer showing properly care, I am very happy with the Care team””
A very nice and clean environment
