Very organized and clean place. Check-in is very quick and simple. From check-in to being called back to be seen approximately 7 minutes. Travis and all who saw me, great job! You made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time. Explanation of everything was very clear and answered all the questions and concerns I had. What a great team of folks at LOG! This was my first visit to an orthopedic center, and I was quite nervous about it. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The young lady who took care of my issues was thorough, encouraging and very professional. She put me right at ease, and the treatment is already showing results. I look forward to my next visit.

Horrible. They said they would call in a script for my Grandmother who is in pain and could barely walk. They never called it in. Then proceed to lie, and say it was because she was prescribed an over the counter med.meanwhile we can read the notes in her chart which say otherwise. We still have yet to get her medication because of their lack of professionalism. SMH disgusting. Please go elsewhere if you want genuine care.

My experience with Erin was wonderful. I thought I had tendonitis and she correctly diagnosed “IT Band Syndrome” Very refreshing to know what is ailing me! She referred me to physical therapy which will begin next week. She is a credit to her profession & to LOG. Thanks Erin!

Took my daughter to the urgent care and they were wonderful. Fast and efficient. The doctor and nurses were fantastic. One of the best urgent care experiences we have had. Would definitely recommend.

Logistical thing. Really should update the hours on maps and their website because if you call him at 7: 30 they're not going to answer. Perhaps that's just for urgent Care or something in such an event they should have a separate maps listing for their urgent care so it's clear who can be contacted and when and how

PA-C Craig Lehmann was absolutely awesome with our daughter. He put her worried 11 year old mind at ease. I would recommend him time and time again for all children's hand and wrist injuries. Personable, relatable, and treats you like a family friend instead of just another patient on the list! Thank you so much!

Craig Lehmann was courteous and very professional. He explained what should be done to resolve the issue and proceeded to have be scheduled.

Excellent Surgeon explains what is going on with what was fixed, gives you time to listen to what customer has to say. Highly recommended.
