Replaced glass in a small window for me. Great service. Window was ready when they said it would be and it was only a couple days wait. Easy in, easy out.

The front desk lady is very kind. She took her time to explain me the glass size fit in my display shelve. The order was made really fast and I am very satisfied with the quality and shape. No show room with samples, or custom edging

Custom order arrived in 5 weeks, was not checked or correct. They took another two weeks and finally got the custom order correct.
Price was expensive, and custom order service was slow
Overall glass was well done and of high quality but painfully slow and aggrevating
They outsource all tempered glass orders

Still recommend, as I have used them for several complex custom orders over the years and they do come through in the end

Forget Home Depot! Casey and team were THE most helpful when I came to them with all the questions about replacing a window pane in an old wooden door. Casey explained the process to me so thoroughly that I went home and did it by myself it in under an hour. Such an amazing shop run by down-to-earth, kind people. Thank you so much Casey & team!

Very very exceptionally nice customer service there. I live three blocks from another glass place I would not recommend them to no one I was willing to travel 7 minutes further for this exceptional customer care service.

Took a broken window here for glass replacement. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the window looks great! Would definitely recommend their services!
