Lancaster Science Factory reviews
18 Very good place to spend 3-4 hours with AC
12 per ticket is too expensive for a big family
Amazing place for children and adults to explore. Take your time and spend hours checking out all the interactive exhibits, something for everyone! Park across the street for free.
Everyone in our group from grandmother to twin 8-year-olds had a great time. There were so many areas to "play" that we didn't get to all of them. There were a lot of people there but you didn't have to stand in line for any of the activities. We will definitely go there again!
Wonderful experience! Great exhibits! The climbing "whale" was the BIG HIT and AMAZING!
This place was so cool.lived in Lancaster county my whole life and never knew of this place till the other weekend.we spent almost 3 hours here and easily could've spent longer.only downfall is it was pretty busy.tons of people piled in the whole time we were there and it got fairly packed.this was even on a weekday.kids had lots of fun though
My kids (Ages 7-5yrs) love this place! Tons to do for all ages. The only negative is that the exhibits don't change much, and the bubbles never fully work, which is my kids' favorite part. But overall, tons of fun!
We took our grandson age 7 there and he was enthralled. There were so many hands-on activities that he found exciting. He spent a lot of time on several of the exhibits and loved everything.
My children love it here! Big open space with tons of different hands on play areas. Water area and an outside area. Great place for kids to enjoy and explore
We visited on a rainy day while in the Lancaster area in June. Very busy & very loud. In my opinion, if we had been there when the weather was better, it would not have been as packed. My kids did enjoy themselves and seemed to really like the Science Factory.
Was very impressed with the science factory. My just turned 5 and 7 year old had a blast.
Was 48bucks for the 4 of us to go.
Always a favorite road trip for us. Interesting, interactive, and good for multiple ages. I would say it is best for kids ages 3-12. We love eating at Frisco's next door too!
I thought it was a great experience. My son had a great time on his field trip. My apologies for the 3 star rating. I must have unknowingly left a three star accidently through an email I recieved.
Several stations were not working. There weren't many people around offering help or instructions.
Very nice place for kids to learn and have fun. The only thing I would say is to make sure you keep an eye on your own child. There's children of different ages, therefore the older children will take advantage of the younger ones and not give them turns or cut infront and prolong the wait times. Wished there was some type of line that's roped offed to prevent this issue from reoccurring and time limitations.
We've visited many science museums before, and usually, we only spend half the average visit time. However, this time was different. Despite the museum's smaller size, it had an abundance of fascinating exhibits that held our interest for over two hours.
Much better demonstration and explanation through nice little scientific experiments, than, IMHO, places like Liberty Science Center. Much more reasonably priced as well, for sure!
So many options to choose from. Great for all ages. Friendly staff. The new climbing exhibit is a must do!
Very cute my kids had a blast, a little messy and crowded but over all great experience my autistic son cannot wait to go back.
